Thanks everyone for your help, i went out and bought a new battery and the problem immediately went away but i still plan on bleeding the brakes and clutch this weekend. Thanks again

Hey, What type of ignition switch should i get and from where? I have a 92 SLC VR6 and my ignition switch is messed up. For me to start the car i have to twist the key and then push it upwards for the car to start. Obivously its the ignition switch that needs to be replace but i wasnt sure which one i should get. Please help

Speaking of speakers, i was looking to replace my old front speakers anyways. I wasnt sure what size i should get but i dont want to do any modifications. I think the stock size is 5 1/4 but im not sure. Im looking to spend about 50 buks on a pair of decent door speakers and install them myself. I want somthing that ican fit right into the stock opening. Any ideas on what type of speakers i should get. Thanks

Hey, I have a sony xplode head unit and for some reason when i turn the volume up high the head unit shuts off. it loses power and then powers up again somtimes its keeps on turning on off on off on off. what could be the problem, maybe a faulty fuse, i checked the fuse and it seemed fine (10 amp) Please help

it was for like 10 min. I replaced a hose in the car and there was no battery because i was selling another that needed a battery, so i jumped it and drove it down the street not even a mile to see if the hose was leaking. I came home and i didnt have a new battery handy so i put an old one for the time being. Dont worry im not driving the car with no battery lol, im not that stupid, but do you think that the weak battery has somthing to do with the abs?? Thanks for you help and concern

for a day i had no battery in the car. i drove it without a battery and this problem came up, i jumped it from the terminals maybe i should get a brand new battery instead of the old on i put in

i changed the battery on my VR6 2 days ago and when i drove it the ABS and brake light was on and the brake pedal was very stiff and wasnt working. By me changing the battery have any affect on the abs system ultimately causing the brake pedal to stiffin up and not funtion properly??

Does the abs pump have a fuse that i can take a look at and as for the clutch, when i shift it into reverse its like the gears are slaming agianst each other idk y. And i am sort of confused as to what u said about the ignitiion switch having to do with abs?? Thanks

Hey I got in my 92 SLC VR6 today and the brake light and ABS lights were on. I got in and started driving and the brakes werent working properly. I had to push real hard on the pedal for the car to stop. I was able to drive it home. I dont know whats wrong. i checked the brake pads and they have some life left in them, i checked the fluid and it was topped off. The brake pedal is all the way up and is really stiff,. What could be the problem? some one was saying that air could have gotten in the brake line?? i really dont know. Another thing is my clutch is really soft and when i put the car in reverse it makes a weird noise. Please help. This car is giving me so much problem but i still love it List of problems Ignition switch is bad (i have to twist the key and push up) Sunroof track is broken so the sun roof doesnt shut all the way the car was over heating because of a busted aux fan hose leading into the heat exchanger had a hole and was spewing coolant everywhere Passanger side turn signal melted inwards (WTF) Clutch is very soft and makes weird noise when i shift it into reverse Please help with the brake problem and maybe any other problem i have! lol thanks alot

Hey, Im looking to spend about 200 buks on a pair of door speakers and a decent sub with an amp. I dont want anything expensive as you can see by my budget but i was looking for suggestions on what type of sub,amp and door panel speakers i should get. Im going blind into this because im not that into sound, Please advise and i was not sure if i should by on ebay. If some one has any suggestions please help and please if you can provide me a link to somthing thats on ebay or else where Thanks again

Hey I was wondering if the passanger side turn signal assembly on the bumper on my 92 SLC VR6 is the same as the G60. For some unknown reason when i came out a couple days ago it was melted inwards. DOnt know why.

Hey, I was looking for a hose that goes from the cylinder head to the heat exchanger for my 92 SLC VR6. I do not know the proper name for the hose so if someone can be kind enough to let me know what its called. The dam hose sprung a leak and i dont know how to seal it please help.

Hey I have a 92 SLC VR6 with a punctured upper radiator hose. I found one but its was a g60. It looks the same but i wasnt sure if it will fit my car. Please help I posted this question before with no result, please help Thanks

Hey, im not sure if this is the right place to post but i just bought a bull dog keyless entry for my corrado. Some bastard tried to breakin and broke the driver side door handle so i bought a door handle with out the key. I have taken out the kick panel underneith the steering wheel but i dont know where to go, any ideas on what to do next please help Thanks

Hey, I have 92 SLC VR6 with a busted upper radiator hose and was wondering if i can replace it with a G60 upper radiator hose. Hey I have 92 VR6 and about a year ago, someone tried 2 break into it. They broke the driver side door handle off, so i had 2 get it replaced. I bought one from ebay but the guy didnt have the key. So i was wondering if i would be able to take the passenger side door handle off and replace it with the driver side door handle so that i can lock and unlock the car from the driver side instead of walking all the way around and locking it from the passenger side. I was thinking maybe i can turn the mechanism around or somthing or even get an keyless entry. I dont really want to spend too much money on key less entry so does anyone have any suggestion. I would appreciate it Thanks
