Does anybody know if the ABS Controller from a late 16v will work in a VR6? P/no is IHO 907 379

I'm have exactly the same as Harrier and don't have any issues with ride quality. I also don't use it as a daily but would not have a problem with doing so - some feedback from the road makes for a more engaging driving experience but I can understand not everybody feels like that - my missus won't go near the car!

What time are we meeting up before on Saturday and where? Falfield, Huntsman 09:15am? Saturday forecast looks good but bear in mind we have had a huge amount of rain here overnight and this morning so the ground may not be great. The web site is saying its definitely on and that there is lots of hardstanding space - will they put the club stand on hard standing? Thats what they did a couple of years ago. I'm not camping as I'm prone to sea sickness

I think you are talking about the roof strips? If I remember correctly they come off from the back to the front by removing the end caps and then lifting carefully up working towards the front which you can then slide back and away from a small pin. Fitting is the reverse of that. I replaced mine a few years ago with new ones and they also had tape on the underside but to be honest the strips are such a tight fit I don't think the tape would make any difference! I remember having to really apply quite a lot of force to push them in to the slots - no way they would ever work loose!

It will depend on when they started the clock running but the rate has dropped a lot over the intervening years and from March 2009 its been zero! meaning there was less than a year from the beginning of tax year 08/09 for your interest to start clocking up. They will also not pay interest on interest.

Good idea with the paint Jake - may also be worthwhile getting some old carpet down as I'm told its good for absorbing any moisture - and of course it'll give your car that pampered feeling!

Interesting - c3,600 cars tested - may be a reasonable indication of the numbers left?

Anybody going/been before? I'm taking my middle son on the Saturday (30th June) for his birthday. Website says that Hamilton and Button are both down to race 8) Any tips on best places to watch the action? Things to do? Not bought grandstand tickets yet as they seem a tad expensive to me although I think it means you can use any of the 8. I guess its worth getting there early?
