The VRS will be a great buy for someone! Lotta car for the money.

That sounds a good price Ian - I may have more speeding points than you though! and accountancy is a high risk profession

Pleasantly surprised by by my insurance renewal premium @ £215 (VR6 Storm, with all mods declared and 3,000 mile limit) - almost a £100 cheaper than last year. I suspect this may be related to my age but I'm not complaining!

Look great Andy - who was the local - Cromhall?

Thanks for posting - enjoyed that!

Big thumbs up for Mr Lobitos :thumb right:- really great price on Uniroyal Rainsports, kept me up to date on progress and delivered very quickly

Only thing we can really do is use less of it through a combination of less miles, more fuel efficient cars (not Corrado's then!) and more economical driving style - well we are all getting older! AA reported that drivers are using 15% less petrol since the recession began. I was running short of petrol last week and had to use the first station I came across but as the price was a ridiculous 1.45 (unleaded) I actually only put enough to get me to another station on my way that I knew was 8p a litre cheaper - that is the first time I've ever done that. Only saved me £4 but felt better!

The Pianist 85/100 - Polanski's epic about the Warsaw ghetto (he himself escaped the Krakow ghetto) - moving, horrifying and inspiring at the same time

Very nice! I'd have one if Dave want's to put them into production.

I've kept an informal Storm register for a number of years now. Based on that I'd be surprised if there are more than 250 left?

Need to replace all 4 corners this year. Currently have Kumho 205/40Z/R17 80W which I've been very happy with. Only use the car in the summer so winter performance not an issue. Continental sports contacts seem a good option? What's hot, what's not?

Ok so had one of these in the Corrado for week. Results: original weight 410gms weight today 550gms - they seem to work rather well! Lets see how they work after a recharge -
Looking good Ian! Have you let Jake loose on the paintwork yet?

Great video. Good footwork is the best way to prevent a slip. Crampons provide a lot of grip but getting that little kicking in action right makes them very reliable. You should have a great time!

Welcome. Quite a few of us round these parts (I'm in Charfield near Wotton under Edge). Good luck with the matrix
