Thanks guys, i think i might go for a panel filter in the end, i had induction kits on my fiesta and then went to a BMC panel filter and it was much better so i think i will do the same with my C. Bally, yeah i will get the wheels as soon as i got some money :lol: the height it is at at the mo is perfect for my everyday driving and so i will see how it looks with the wheels at its current height but i also LOVE the look of slammed C's lol

Yeah i want to get mu amp etc fitted soon but i am dreading it :( the C is so different to my old fiesta so finding places for wires etc is gunna be a job! Iv just been doing some searches and found some quite useful information so i will give it a go one evening (god help me :lol:)

Yeah they are great looking wheels, i am going to keep them though, might just put the brocks on when i wanna show off as i think they might be a bit risky for every day use lol

Yeah the ride height is bang on imo, i dont catch the front splitter unless i go over humps etc quickly but for my every day driving its spot on and looks great :D i cant wait to personalise it even more!

Yep i bought my vr6 the other day and today she kept cutting out on me! I came in worried sick literally sh*tting myself that it was fooked and came straight on the forum and done a search, went back out disconnected a few plugs to various engine parts (MAF, Idle etc) and it started. As i done it to a few at the same tim im not sure which one exactly it was but im guessing maybe the MAF? I think the plugs just need a clean, we did also have a BIG down poor of rain here and so maybe they got a bit wet maybe? And so it begins, the life of vr ownership :lol: Rob.

Yeah i thought the speaker wires were the wrong way round, crrrazy germans! :lol: So the memory and live wires need swapping round. Do you know what fuse is for the h/u? the one on my h/u is ok.

Hi, I just got my vr the other day and it came with a shiz stereo so obviously i want to rip that out and put my decent sony unit in. However i am having issues. When i first connected the sony up to the loom it worked but the speakers were the wrong way round and it did not have any memory so when i turned it off and back on it would go back to default. I looked at the ISO and the leads dont match up with my sony's properly and now i think i have blown a fuse as its not working at all when i connect it! So can anybosy first of all tell me anything i need to know about fitting a sony and secondly which fuse number is the h/u (its not the one on the back of the h/u)?? Thanks a bunch, Rob.

Thanks mate, nice car by the way :lol: isnt it just fantastic looking out the window at your own blackberry vr :D Insurance is high obviously but its not as high as i thought and alot lower than one of my mates is paying on his car which is noway near as good as the vr lol. Its £1200 fully comp with 1 yr ncb! Thats with the AA, hey were by far the cheapest!

Not sure what ht leads they are, they look like magnecor but the guy couldnt remember but he said they cost over £100 so im guessing they are good lol. And the colour's the best mate! I gave it a quick clean today but its not done it any justice, i gotta get my buffer out and some meguiars polish!!!

Thanks everyone, i really love it!! I dont want to mod it too much, iv won a pipercross induction kit off ebay so thats first so it sounds awesome! Then the main things i want are the headlight loom and lupo wipers!!
