Think I got caught this morning! The fecka was sat in an unmarked citreon berlingo parked at the side of a building site!!! Since I past my text I've had a modded XR2, modded Mk1 GTi and a modded Corrado G60 and have never been caught! I get a standard bloody vectra sri with 120bhp and get stung!!!! D'OH!!!

Just a quick post up to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Darren and Steve for all the help they gave me with the G60 and all the bits. Seriously can't thank you both enough, once I get this house situation sorted and can afford another G60 I'll be ordering some bits. Cheers RACK

Yes mate, missing the G big time. The vectra is ok but it's not the same.... Once I've got my ass settled in a house I'm gonna build a MK1 G60.

Sounds a bit like digi-lag. Also when you've booted a tuned G60 with the std IC it the power tends to drop a bit due to the IC struggling to cope. Get saving for an SNS chip and Golf IC!!!

SNAP!!!! I'm missing my C G60, only sold it 3weeks ago and it's killing me :( Atleast I know it's gone to a good home though. After I've got a house and scrape a bit of cash together I'm gonna build a MK1 G60.

I fecking hate police!!!! I got pulled twice in my Mk1 just so they could look at it! One pulled me in the G60 because he said it sounded like I was speeding??? Even though it clearly said I was doing 27mph on his read out!! And my ex ran off with one LOL!!!!

You can de-cat a car as long as it's before 92 K-Reg. 92 J's just scrape in, my G60 was J '92 and was ok

I hate to hear about anything like this! Scum taking other people's pride and joy! That is one main thing I like about the vectra, I never worry about parking it anywhere. Hope he can track his vr6 down

Right, I'm back on the road again. I've bought a Vectra SRi. It's only the 120bhp model but it's well spec'd and kinda looks the part, plus I reckon it was a bargain. FSH, 52K and lady owner. It drives spot on. It will never replace the G60, but it'll last me a few years till I get my sh1t sorted out and have my foot on the property ladder.

If you're in any doubt with the charger mate, get it shipped off to Darren, top bloke and will make a top job!

I think a little bit of oil is ok, but if there is a lot then you should try and get it looked at. I'm no expert on the matter, but someone on here will have a better answer for you pretty soon.
