Nice job, very satisfying having fresh paint on a older car, getting rid of all the little annoying bits you notice every time you wash it. Not quite so keen on the RS centres, kind of steals the fire of the body work, but that's just my opinion :thumbleft: Meant to say, love the plate :thumbleft:

No bother Mic, it is a great car and we'll definitely miss the space going to the Golf. It wont be getting used after today so the mileage will be pretty much as stated. Regarding the R, its been a total balls up from VW with the order from start to finish, that's been 1 year past on the 4th August since it was first ordered, better be worth it or I'll drive it back through the showroom windows :lol:

No problems selling Jim, but as I said, I marked the items sold, but they just kept sending emails asking if the items were sold! Ended up blocking them

It is a nice car with some nice extra's, but I think 8k is a bit ambitious,. You say you bought it 18months ago and have spent £3k, what do the two amounts add up to? I'd think £6.5 as a starter would be a reasonable ask

Very good Mr Bacon, the plate subtlety reads RS HOOR, its not in your face and wouldn't immediately shock your gran. On the other hand, it would also look pretty good on a BMW RS1100R Motorbike

Usually better waiting a few days to see if someone wants the whole package before parting it out, selling the ecu separately could lose the sale of the other parts :shrug:
