    I've heard nothing, its dragging on a bit now considering most of you folks parted with your cash a month ago The hold up seems to be the door sills, not enough ready, we maybe just should have stuck with the original order :shrug:

    My interior came in three smaller boxes, I think space costs more than weight, maybe thats why it was £90, I'm only talking 8-9 months ago

    Walk away, even if you get the structural survey, who is gonna pay to rectify any problems found, not the sellers by the sounds of it, are they gonna drop their price to cover any repairs, if not, you still have the survey to pay for and the solicitors fees, I've bought 5 houses in the last 10 years and have walked away from many, there's always something else. Best of luck whatever you decide :thumbleft:
