My car only shows 122k on the clock but when I did an hpi (naturally AFTER I bought it) it shows a mileage discrepancy. Doesn't say what that might be but looking through the history I can't see how there can be a mileage discrepancy, unless it's from ages ago. It's a 17 year old car. But that does mean my Rado has potentially done infinite miles so I win the twix! :D

bollox! :D

Ferrari will pull it back. You'll see. :D

To be honest the 2 litre I drive isn't that much slower than the V6. The 2.7 V6 only has 20 more bhp (160 in total) and obviously has added weight. The V6 sounds awesome and is lovely and smooth but you're right about the running costs, they are pretty high. Really low insurance but it is really thirsty. None of them are particularly fast. I get out of my coupe and into my G60 and the Rado feels way quicker.

:thumbleft: My holiday officially starts tomorrow and I'm off to Turkey for a week on Thursday so hopefully it will all be sorted out by the time I get back. The looks are definitely a strong point. You do get some badge snobbery directed towards it because it's a Hyundai but in general when you come up behind someone on the motorway they pull out of your way in to the slow lane like you're in a car with a lot more than 140 horses under the bonnet. :D

The driving experience is a bit "numb" for my liking but not enough so that it isn't fun. Just not as fun as the Rado IMO. I think with decent steering and a bit of lowering it would be absolutely spot on.

No after pics I'm afraid Deviant. Basically he hit on the driver's side front wing disintegrating the wing (literally it was crinkled up like it was tin foil or something) and the headlight and bending the sill just in front of the door really badly. It was lucky that he'd just dropped the kids off and there were none on board at the time. Cheers dirtytorque. I'm ok. Just a bit shaken up still but nothing a toasted cheese sandwich can't sort. :D It was a really nice car. Hopefully it'll be fixed by the time I get back from holiday. Just worried about any chassis damage down by the door. It looked pretty bent.

That's just what he told you mate.

Well, didn't even make it out of my village this morning. But this is one morning I'm glad I wasn't taking the Corrado in to work. The local school bus driver thought it would be really funny to pull out of a side road without looking. Fortunately several people witnessed him slam into the side of my company car as I was innocently driving to work. Just what I need the day before I'm due to go on holiday. :( He has admitted liability and I gathered witnesses at the scene anyway. Here's a pic of her before the crash just after I got her: She's about 4 months old with 3k on the clock now. I know it won't be everone's cup of tea on this forum but it was just run in nicely and driving pretty well. Now its trashed. :( :( :(

Nice work! Raising the bar nice and early then. :D I'm sure I can find something....

I'm not even going to get started on the subject of global warming.

Yeah, yeah real funny Andy. Ha ha. That is a joke right?...

Yeah, although that would be a really difficult thing to come back from Massa is supposed to be a professional sportsman. He doesn't seem to have the mental reserves of a true champion. I don't mind admitting that I probably wouldn't give a rat's ass about him if he didn't drive for ferrari. Give me Kimi over Massa any day. Just a shame that Kimi seems to just have random crashes at the end of races.

I'm going to destroy you both!

 That's weird, the time is right on my computer.

Disaster for Ferrari. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse Kimi crashed.... :( Again.... This really has been a superb season though. One of the more entertaining in recent years I think.

WTF?! One of the worst pit stops ever or what? I can't believe it.

They're not weasels. As far as I can tell they are stoats.... The water leak malarky was a bit of an oddity. It appears to have stopped of its own accord. All I did was drain and flush the system. Then I left it for a week with no coolant in it with the intention of taking it to bits. Then, as I always do in these situations, I got an uncontrollable urge to drive it. So I replaced all the pipes and filled it back up again so I could take it out. Probably a bit of a risk but it hasn't leaked a drop since.  B-e-a-utiful. As for work. Still at the dealership. They were pretty devastated when I handed my notice in and have persuaded me to stay for the time being by making one or two "fundamental changes to the working environment". Plus what I have planned next has not come to fruition as quickly as I had hoped. Anyway, feeling in a pretty strong position at the moment so have decided to bide my time whilst I plan my next move more thoroughly.

Agreed. Defo one to watch at the moment.

Was parked next to a Megane and when I fired it up the French fun bus's alarm started going off! :shades:

Promises to be quite good I think. Looking forward to it. Some of the corners could prove very interesting in the actual race.... I'm in Turkey on Thursday. bl**dy looking forward to it now. I so need a holiday!

Lewis ain't lookin too good at the moment. Only just got into the final round by the skin of his teeth....

I think it actually looks quite cool. Wasn't sure at first but it looks more dramatic than I thought. Looks a bit like a playstation game or something. Go Massa! :D

What a world we live in. I've had a mirror kicked off one of my old golfs (I know it was kicked off and not hit by another car because it was on the side of the car next to the pavement). And a week later the same car was crashed into by someone who just drove off whilst it was parked up outside my house. No witnesses down my road. All I know was that it was a red vehicle because it left half of its paintwork behind on my car. :bad-words: One day I'm going to build a rocket and fire every last little pikey scrot into the sun.

They're quite sweet. I'm still using the tree frog myself. :D
