Ok iv just read this thread and im trying to run 7.5 x 17 with et35 shud be ok apparently however when test fitted the front they wouldn't fit as the calipers hit the inside face of the rim. Anyone know why? Do have to fit an 8mm spacer? Iv got a vr6.

just dropped you a txt... Have you still got the roof gutter trims and headlight loom? I will also have the coilovers if still available thanks

Hi is the fuel pump fully working and tested as myn has s problem when the fuel gets to around a quarter. If so ill will take thanks.

Treated my vr6 to a terraclean yesterday and have not noticed any difference that I can tell .. Could mean one of two things. . Either the engine was in good state and clean or it just not that good. Not sure which it is yet. The guy did say itll take a few miles for the car to adjust to any changes and parameters. Will report back in a week or so once iv put a few more miles on it. Anyone had any experience?

Out of interest how much does the average head gasket change cost on a vr6?

The pump shown on vw heritage website does not mention vr6, are they the same? Also I had my local auto spares price me a fuel sender unit and he said its £90, I think this was from tps? Am I on the right track? What is it called a fuel sendor, fuel pump, are these the same thing?

Part now on and both reverse lights now work.

Has anyone got a picture of what it is I need to change or a part number that I can search for? Thanks

Yep exact same symptoms iv had

Ok iv had my rado on the road for about month now and have pinned down my cutting out issue. When my fuel is just above 1/4 tank and I take a sharp bend or turn it cuts out. When there is more fuel no problems. Im sure its got somthing to do with the fuel sender thing in the tank itself. Iv checked that there is fuel in the tank when on a 1/4 so the indicator is correct. Im sure that there must be a crack in the sender thing in the tank. Is this easy to change? Anyone have any ideas?

Can't seem to find this guy or any items for a corrado shelf strap on ebay. There are plenty for other vw so will any of those fit ie polo mk1 2 golf?

Took it off for a look inside and no ball inside at all. Bridged the connector and presto the lights work. Will buy a new part on monday.

Ok I need some help. My reverse lights ain't coming on. The mirrors work and iv checked the fuses and the bulbs they are fine but still no reverse lights, I'm sure they were working not so long ago. Ive had a look around the gearbox area but no wires seem to be loose. What is the actual part called that I need to replace if it's the plunger bit as mentioned above and is it simple to swap over?

I'm after 1 centre cap sticker if anyone has one spare as myn has fallen off. It for the original solitude alloys and carbon effect. Thanks
