my meta alarm on fiesta rs turbo did exactly the same!! is yours the one with the round keyfob with single button on it as well?? anyway just get rid asap and new alarm and all should be well thats what i did mine kept going off driveing down the road so i drove to car hi fi and had it ripped out there and then!! cured it!!

Guys my plugs have come today eventually but before i fit em i think they may of sent the wrong ones??????? here is part number BKR5EIX I am certain the ones i ordered were "up" at the end??? these are iridium, have they sent me better ones or rubbish ones i paid £36 quid for em.

welcome to the forum pal you will be suprised at how well built and solid they are after all they are a vw look at other cars of the era :) :) :) get a good un and you will a huge grin and even if you get a bit of a bad un they aint rocket science to work on and with plenty of lads willing to help/offer adice you cant go wrong btw if you are local ish to me i will even come with you to check out any you may find or are interested in its my 2nd corrado vr6 and i have had a golf vr6 too excellent engine if not thee best vw have made awesome sound whilst on song and yet great on fuel tickling it around i get an average of36mpg :) :)

possibly cooler was leaking this happened to me with a alfa 2.0 cloverleaf they just looped it back into block!!! didnt overheat or anything though, tbh i would just buy a new cooler and put it back together how it should be. chances are the old one is knackered hence the re routeing

well after being slightly dissapointed with my 3 coats of autoglym i decided to get the meguiars 3 step polish which was... 1) paint renovator 2) polish 3) wax so after over 8 hours of cleaning polishing and waxing plus 1 and a half hours on top of the 8 doing engine bay all in 10 and a half hours and here is results comments welcome!!!! ps havent done wheels or glass!!!!!!!!!!!!!

elbow grease mate i had it on mine took ages to get off try polishing it out???

just get some deep penatrateing maintenance spray that should do it leave it over night should work a treat??!!

looks a1 pal have you just had it resprayed?? think of getting mine done coz of the pinky bits!!!
