I neither think there is such a thing as an honest budget hence why I said 'as' honest a budget........sorry but I think its far to easy to suggest the local elections would have SUCH an impact (obviously they have an impact) on the budget at this vital stage in term. You may disagree but its just my 2p !!

This makes me feel ill, not just the fact that a perfectly good car has been smashed to pieces but because it shows a level of arrogance that only wealth can bring !! Surely the effort had backfired as most people - like the majority here by the sounds of it - will think the guy has too much money for his own good, and NOT 'Jesus how bad is Lamborghini's customer service, I'l buy a VW instead'.

Unbelievable tekkers !! Early on in the vid the GT2 driver screams out 'I'll eat you' in Italian as he pass the caterham... The black clio driver must have got a shock as they passed aswell.

Wrong thread perhaps but yesterday in Tesco's car park a guy in a Blue RS4 Avant, that I was admiring (the car not him), comes over to comment on how 'tidy' my corrado looks........ridiculous - I would give my right arm for an RS4 !! Funny how we seek respect from fellow motorists, even funnier when their own car is leaps and bounds better than yours. EDIT : Back on topic - which will make me smile in years to come when I finally get the RS4.

This happened to me a while back and I just wanted to say there is defo a fix........unfortunatley I cannot remember for the life of me what my mechanic did. Sorry, someone should have an answer for you though !!

Its going to be a great year for new supercars this year :clap: Defo good to see the Maclaren is something other than orange - didnt do anything for its front end I thought.

I have always asscociated the 'shooting brake' with that Audi concept car a few years back, but if you google it a number of other cars come up and it bascially seems like a coupe made slightly larger with bigger boot :shrug: Theres something about all of 'them' that I quite like :scratch:

I think this is actually a good idea - If your immediate response to the outcome is one of disapointment then you know which you want to keep. Its the best way to show what car your heart is in, which essentially as a weekend car, is the most important thing. You can debate the statistics until the cows come home but ultimately you have to determine which one you would choose to drive first. Or sell both and buy a lawnmower to drive at the weekends - at least the missis would be happy :D

Thats a really clever way to compare the two cars - like it. Interesting that they now have the exhausts running through the back rather than through the body work - is that a rule change then ? Also front wing is way higher than last year - much closer to a certain Newey design I recall :norty: Oh found out some exciting news the other day - turns out my girlfriends brothers grilfriends mothers sister is Mike Gascoyne ex wife .......so you could say I have pretty strong connections with F1 now :lol:

This is a no brainer surely.......to sort the valvers weak point involves serious engine work which equals much more money than to sort the VR's weak point of a new set of good coilovers and bushes - not cheap but not as expensive as the previous. In saying that I have never even driven a valver let alone owned one, so wouldnt know how much better they handle than a sorted VR.

Sorry dude not mine, i wish I could be completely wrong but I remember doing a business assignment years ago about a Mechanics, and professional four/two post ramps cost a fortune - anything up to £15K - that was 10 years ago though !! Probably could pick up cheaper semi-pro ones for less now I would imagine.......would be nice though wouldnt it !!

I got a Sony headunit a few years back from Halfords and thought price was good. Not sure if anyone else had found this but I pulled the iPod connector from the rear of the unit down the back off the dash, through a hole with a rubber gromit (already there) into the little cubby hole below the heater controls.......absolutley perfect place to sit the iPod and connect !! It was like it was made for it as when the iPod is not connected the wire just pushes back up a little almost out of sight......does everyone else have this rubber gromitted hole there :scratch: ??

Yep, the one pictured has a CUP body kit - big wing, side skirts, front splitter ........ but is in actual fact not a genuine Cup as they came from factory with half leather Recaro's - only 500 Cups were made and were produced in much the same vain as a certain Storm i.e. run out model to boast flagging end of line sales !!
