I have a de cat pipe mate that I dont need anymore, interested ?
-
:worthless: come on buddy, you cannot dangle the carrot so blantantly :D
-
Sorry mate but I found these comments really funny  You cannot be serious :bonk: !! Trimming down the olympics would cause public revolution of biblical proportition ....... especially after the ticket fiasco - although I did get 100m final tickets so I thought the system was well thought out and perfectly executed
-
Adverts or no adverts I'm still dissapointed its not on BBC ....... and I have sky !!
-
Nice and Standard (exhaust apart) ...... is it staying that way ?
-
Would be good news to see VW in F1........terrible news about sky though, can't believe the BBC is letting it go AGAIN !! It actually really annoys me as the BBC's coverage is great, I hate the thought of going back to adverts in the middle of races :censored:

32 mpg at that speed is good going ........ good idea to drive to your holiday destination that way you can have fun and enjoy your trip home instead of a god awful plane journey home !! have a good one fella.
-
Satisfying ....... you should do the gearbox oil while your at it - Redline MT90.
-
 holy cow !! How satisfying that must be and how depressed do I feel ....... iregular use and town driving means I struggle to get out of the teens :( Fantastic work mate - this conversion will surely become more popular as diesel tuning become's more refined and petrol stations become more frequented !!

Jim's Corrado - ciao to the Fiat! Hello to.. (P64)
Danny B replied to Jim's topic in Members Gallery
Yes Yes and Yes ......... the interior was admitidely pretty dower. A 5 series interior would defo be a nicer place to spend time. I was just very surprised at how quick it felt and if you're looking to chuck something about as a daily with little care maybe a cheaper interior is easier to live with. Anyway like you say food for thought. -

What about a Legacy Jim like this http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2909545.htm ....... spent a weekend camping with a lad who had one and it was really good fun - loads of welly and light.......made a great sound :thumbleft: Bit of a sleeper which is nice as well. -
Yes I have been reading loads about this on the Audi forums recently ....... want to get my'n to full closure on one fob press which would be well handy.
-
Regarding the mats, someone else on another forum recommended this company to me - http://www.autostyle.co.uk Havent bought from them in the end as I decided against a logo, but might be worth a look.
-
I'm really unsure about the whole DRS thing, but the new tyre degridation is perfect ....... less grip in any racing car situation is much more entertaining I think i.e. wet races.
-
^^^ me to, I had a bet with the Missus that the corrado 'club' is so strong these days that someone in the audience must have one !!!! You let me down :bonk:

Well that was a race and a half, absolutely loved it. The New silverstone layout seems good, like the way they have evolved the circuit rather than completely changed it, and that camera angle that follows them threw three corners up above is brilliant. Alonso is a sly old dog, you never know the championship maynot be over just yet  Hamilton was his brilliant self, great move on Alonso and the last corner was epic - great illustration of the difference between a top driver and an out and out winner !! The only thing that is letting things down at the moment is the constant talk of steward interference......I'm getting really tired of it now. Cant believe the penalty Schuemacher got , I think they are going to really cloud the difference between a genuine dangerous manouvre and a racing mistake. Brundle summed it up perfectly by saying we should all not get out of bed if the point is to constantly avoid racing incidents - or something along those lines. On that note, I'm really liking the Brundle/Coulthard combination now ........ you can really tell they both love the sport and are genuinly excited. Finally found the Walker/Hunt replacement we have been longing for for so many years !! Great - and we are only half way threw
-
Yep thats standard, left bolster looks like it has been reconditioned.
-
Even better.......lucky bugger  If you have never been to F1 race theres nothing like it, it's so intense and full of atmosphere ....... great weekend.
-
Would love to but I'm working, havent been for years now......have a good one though fella :thumbleft:
-
Good news, I would prefer silver if it were me as well.
-
done ......and it was great fun
-
Mr.Bloody Haywire you party pooper ......I was really looking forward to ragging it and pretending it was good for the car :D I think I might do it anyway !!
-
That made me chuckle

I know I cannot believe I have never heard of this term either, but reading these posts made me remember that I did it to my old 306 TD to get it past its MOT once !! .......didnt realise it had a name though  I do sometimes drive the c like a pensioner and it does sometimes feel quite lethargic so might give it a 'wop tune up' soon.
-
Evening all, I have been reading on another forum about the 'Italian Tune Up'......now I consider myself 'reasonably' knowledgeable when it comes to all things cars but I have never heard of this before. After doing a bit of googling I feel a little more enlightened. Anyone else heard of it before, and probably more interestingly anyone do it to there own cars ? ......I would be a bit apprenhensive to say the least  but I would be interested to hear other peoples opinions on it. Also anyone know where the name comes from ?
