Had this conversation the other night with a mate who says the vr6 was originally designed to be diesel :gag: I dissagreed with him which started a debate, i say if it was designed for wiesel then only the block would be the same as petrol and diesel internals would differ quite a bit? Engines are not my forte, but i can't see that he right.... please don't let him be right, i'll never hear the end of it!

£3500 rims? They'd only be coming out for shows, i'd be scared to use them....

oooh yea, electrical problems :eek: forgot about those.... Lecky windows were fine, converted the sunroof back to manual because the motor gave up (while it was open :bad-words: ) Also, N/S/R quarter panel collected water in heavy rain, never got to the bottom on that one :confused4:

I recently had a leak into the front passenger footwell, turned out to be the membrane behind the door card was un-stuck at the bottom. Que a bit of gaffa tape and all is well :D It let a fair bit of water in and did make the whole footwell wet. Whip the doorcard off and blast the hose pipe at the window for a minute....

Hell no! Had a go in one of them too, good fun!

I had a '95 Clio 16V, It always had a high bite point on the clutch even after i replaced it when i blew the diff up. It was a good car to throw about, great fun and sounded the dogs danglies! However, i wouldn't buy another one, i spent soooooooo much time fixing & maintaining it that i hardly ever got to apreciate it because i was always so frustrated with it.... If he does buy it, i have a stealth shelf i made sitting about if he's a stereo man? Also a 16V steering wheel, nice sporty little number

I saw a e46 M3 havin a bit of sideways fun on a roundabout in Thame (nr oxford), it was before i bought the vr6 and i must admit it did make me think about RWD...

Thats just naasty...
