  4. Give Vince at Stealthracing a call...he will map it for you
  5. The mapping on the DBW cars is quite fun to dig into, the sensitivity of the throttle body is set on the standard boost to over shoot the requested angle you apply at the throttle. Hence the initial feeling of grunt. If you log the values you will see if you ask for say 30% the log will show you get a 100% opening and then settle back to 30%. When you start upping the boost these characteristics get amplified and the car becomes undrivable at normal everyday driving speeds...
  6. How did that work? if you are getting 440cc injectors running at say 90% at idle, thats 396 cc x 6 = 2.376 litre per minute on batch, Thats running a lot of neat fuel :? I am sure the injector cycle time you see is the actual time, the adpation is done before that. Was the intermediate shaft out 90 Deg + or - ?
  7. One messy downpipe. I was going to make a new one out of some nice #80 180deg bends but the performance in getting the engine and gearbox out, means that the current design of DP is quite a good compromise...
  8. To add to the discussion, there is one vital point most people miss here. When you talk about changing all the chains, tensioners and sprockets, nobody has twiged that to acheive this fully you would need to replace the crank shaft........ Having done a few of these now I would definately look at replacement at 80K of all parts and a good inspection of the crank sprocket teeth. I have been shocked at the amount of side wear you get on a intermiedate sprockets at 80k and above.
