Before you buy your coilovers I would check out how the height is adjusted. I am only saying this because I am currently using Weitec height adjustables on my corrado. The spring/coil height is adjusted by screwing up/down a platform. I have to use a chain wrench to get any purchase. The problem is the screwthread becomes filled with grit/dirt/surface rust and however hard you clean it, adjustment is a real pain to turn the platform. I have set the height and am pleased with it so it will stay at this height, but if you want to slam it for shows :D and raise it for speed humps/multi story car park ramps :( it can be a mission. I can only assume that some manufacturers provide a rubber boot to keep the thread clean!?!

As far as im aware they are standard injectors! The chip has been mapped by AMD. This was quite a way back and have done at least 20,000 miles since. I then went and got a charge cooler which provides excellent cooling and also a short route to the inlet manifold. It's a tidy setup and one that i'm pleased with. Power is about 0.9 bar up to 5000rpm on full throttle then it shoots round to a max 1.2 bar up to the limiter (6500rpm ish).

20 psi is possible as I am currently getting 1.2 bar boost which equates to about 18 psi  . This has been achieved by porting and polishing the charger and using the RSR outlet. I have also got a giro valve (if that makes any difference) and am using standard injectors. I would get uprated injectors if I was to go and use a smaller diameter pulley than the 68mm currently on the car. Just want to make the charger last as its a daily driver and I do a fair few miles in it.

Thats ok as I have already replaced the engine mounts with some vibra-tech ones, which are good and solid!

Can anyone recommend either a stainless steel or mild steel 4:1 manifold for a 92 Corrado G60. I have a slight blow between the manifold and the down pipe and thought that whilst I was sorting the problem, the easiest way would be to replace the lot with a 4:1 manifold. I currently have a full stainless powerflow exhaust starting from the down pipe. However, I have heard a lot of negative comments about to fitting a stainless steel manifolds to the Corrado. Has anyone had any problems or could recommend one?

I have an RSR outlet on mine. There wont be much noticable difference in performance/noise and they are expensive. I ordered mine when I was buying a smaller pulley. The quality of both items is spot on! The outlets also look good if the rest of your engine is detailed (polished/chromed). Like many small mods such as the RSR outlet, I guess if you have done most of the other more obvious mods then this might just add an extra horsepower or two :D .
