  1. Oh and the small scratch from the bus:
  2. Oh how things can come back to bite you hey Karl  Anyway, I started this topic 1 year ago today, how spooky!!! I got those 19's sprayed black, and sold them. Got me some 18" CSL's in Shadow Chrome. Stuck some Apex shocks and Eibach springs on and returned the exhaust to standard. Changed the interior trim. Got some new mats too and binned those fecking rubber things!!! Ive also had a bit of paint work done, and a small repair after I got side swiped by a bus!!!
  3. Now then Karlos, whats wrong with Silver BM's????!!! Now I understand why you've been stalking me on E46zone ;) I think I'l add some new pics to my old Beemer thread on here now ;)
  4. Just saw your car on Fifth Gear dude!!! Looked really good, well done pal ;)
  5. Just seen this! Good effort Vick my man! That is probably the (well at least was) most sorted Rado in the UK that you have there! If it wasnt for me it would never have had a 24v engine! Ha ha only kidding, but the opposite way around is fairly true ;) The word you're looking for is: INSPIRATION
  6. Breaking strain of a soggy kit kat!!!
  7. Holy thread resurrection Batman! 2005 - 2009
  8. I have just sold my Leon to a guy. When he came I'd been having the flashing red light associated with the engine coolant sensor. I tried to clean the probes, but wasnt sure if it had worked. Anyway, I told him about it and what to do if it happened again, and he said fine and took the car. This morning he has called saying the car is running rough. I have a sneaky suspicion it is the water temp sender gone bad, as I could have sworn I saw the needle fluctuate the other day but never saw it again. So, I would like to get someone with Vag-Com to call around to his to have a lok if possible? If it turns out to be the temp sender then I wil happily get him a new one. If anyone can help can you pm me asap please? Cheers Stan
  9. I left the dash in to do it, bit fiddley but managed to remove the air box in a couple of hours, just missing some skin on my hands now. Just like working on the mighty Cat mate ;)
  10. Manual mate. The cabrio has less room in the back than the coupe. Its got plenty in the back ;)
  11. http://www.e46zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3985 Might be a bargain!!!
  12. I specifically looked for one without that option Karl
  13. Too loud for my liking mate, its going!
  14. Wheels are going mate! Gonna get some CSL's or LM's reps maybe ;) It is interesting in the wet but the traction control soon kicks in.
  15. Less than you may think mate ;)
  16. Not a 330D but I have just bought a 330Ci Sport ;) viewtopic.php?f=17&t=75786 Its nice. Quick when you want or a cruiser when you want too. Looks nice, fully loaded, decent MPG (for what it is), parts arent expensive either!
  17. 2001 E46 330Ci Sport 77k Full Leather Electric seats Auto wipers/dimming mirror Sat Nav 6 CD changer Harmon Kardon setup Parking Sensors 19" Alloys Eisenmann Exhaust Needs a little TLC but nothing major. 231 BHP but oh so different to my Rado. Its a lazy power unless you really boot it! 0-60 in 6.5 secs so its no slouch. Thoughts?
  18. Its fecking freezing mate!!! :shaking: Not back in a C mate just bought some RWD action ;) 330 Ci Sport
  19. With a charger or turbo or both mate??? :? What car is it out of? You been to sunnier climbs?
  20. Whats news buddy? You done any more changes lately?
  21. Coullstar has a nice green 24v. Mystic Storm has a nice Dark Burgundy one, if I do say so myself  Oh and dont forget someone has Jay's 24v too. I also think John-M did his at PSI, but cant remember 100%
  22. Jim did you go in mine? I cant remember if you did. Ask Dink's about it, and anyone else who has one. The power and drive in general is just so much better. Its smoother, more powerful more economical, pulls quicker than a 12v in every gear more refined in general yet it still goes like shit off a shovel and sounds similar to a 12v lump. have a go in a C 24v mate and you'll understand what I mean. You cant compare it to a Golf as its a different beast altogether.
