They drive French cars!!!!!! Need i say more???

C's do tend to have a few owners mate, I wouldnt be out off by it. If it has good history then it should be ok, especially if the new engine was fairly recent.
-
Finally managed to get round to sorting mine, cheap and easy fix. Cheers Steve16v

When youve fixed the wiper, check out the group buy for Lupo wipers. There is a fix for the door handle, http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16145 And you need to get someone with Vag-Com to check your ABS so you know whats up. They could all me sorted in a morning ;)

Ok here goes. My mate has an A6 1.8T and has had an oil leak. He had the rocker cover gasket changed a few months back. The garage (VW Sepcialists) told him that the engine is prone the the rocker cover warping due to the heat from the manifold and Turbo, and that this can cause the leak, and that this is a COMMON problem. The engine code is APU. Does anyone know anything about this COMMON problem? cheers

Im sure all the facts about women drivers were proved wrong a few years ago. Apparently, most women were on their hubby/partners insurance. So if/when they had an accident, whos policy did it come off?? MMM... I may be wrong though, anyone.................???????? -
What was it like power wise? Quick or a bit lazy? I imagine the TT is a bit mad???!!
-
or buy the one of dinkus and mod it up to sell
-
Nice mate, was that NA or TT?
-
Ive got a Magnex as above, sounds lovely but does hit the underside with every bump. Probably due to how low the car is.
-
ui only paid £50 more for my 200 than my VR. Id definitely recommend test driving one before you right it off mate.

It is mate. The Touring spec is the 6 disc changer, a/c and leather interior. I think you are getting confused with the face lift model, which has a more aggressive look, which is actually the s14a. The s14 and s14a came in standard spec and touring, Ive had one of each, and they are great cars.

I had some of these in my 200sx, and I gave the second pair for a mates 4x4. They both lasted about one day!! They were pants, and got changed for some nice philips bulbs. They may be ok in the C with an uprated loom though????
