    Your kidding? mate had the shit kicked out of him and the police werent interested. But if you go 10 yards down the road before slipping on your belt their on you like flies to shit. They coulnt give a toss if your hurt by not wearing a belt,but just want your cash right? Thanks for your help though,much appreciated.

    Well today our overstretched police force managed to find time to pull me for not putting my belt on as i set off. On the back of the ticket it says signature of officer but the guy didnt sign it. Does this matter? Can i now wriggle out of paying for it ? 8) Cheers.

    Cheers for the replies gents. It was the front ones that were done. I hate paying for the vagcom,seems a bloody ripoff. LIKE THE IDEA OF CHECKING USING MULTIMETER. New sensors 15£ a go and vagcom from hazy memory last time was 30quid. Will now wait till the mot to do work as no doubt there will be some other little surprises awaiting my rado and wallet :salute:

    Any ideas on this guys. News pads and discs fitted all looks good but the Abs light came on. It must know the MOT`s coming :shrug: Are the sensors mega sensitive to jolts when fitting discs or is it something else,cant be a coicidence as light hasnt been a problem since it came on 1 hour before its mot 2 years ago,fecking uncanny. Cheers.

    Starting to hate my own country nowadays. Two police today pull over my 70 year old mum as they say she didnt have her belt on. "get in the back of our car" £60 fine" anything you say will be taken down etc etc" Then breathe test. Take the end piece with you ,we wont touch it because of health and safety. Thats it, from now on if i see ever see one the feckers getting a kickin from a mob I`ll walk right passed and laugh at the fecker,Squeel you feckin p*g squeel! :bad-words:

    C what you mean Jonvr6. I hadnt noticed the attachment before.ta for that. It looks like the rad support sits on the crossmember. Im more confused than i was before now :D

    Cheers guys for the offers and info. Yeh rad support sounds more like it rather than the crossmember. Hopefully cheaper and easier to fit too. Think my rads probably had it too so will do that along with the support if i have to. Getting close to the breaking up stage but really hope not,one more year :norty:

    Cheers Bud. Thought I`d read crossmember but also thought there was an attachment under it aswell. As said its a mess but still passes the mot which i was very surprised at but delighted all the same. Mot approaching again and Im hoping i can get it through again with minimal wallet damage. Thanks again :salute:

    Guys, whats the panel that sits behind the front bumber just above the splitter.Mine has rusted away almost completely but its not structural so passes mot`s. Is it part of the slam panel?, if so can it be fitted separately?, or is it a separate part? thanks if you can lead me to finding what its called etc :salute:

    Just found this thread,so happy you got it back. Going to start looking at improving my security as I too live in Edinburgh.Maybe the wee barstewards have got a taste for Corrados again. Retro car thieves :censored:
