Hi everyone :0) I am in need of a new clutch and new brake discs but I don't know what to go for so can someone please advise me? I am running a G60 with not much done yet, drilled discs but they are scored and needing to be changed sometime soon. I have been told Black Diamond for the clutch and the brakes but I don't know and don't really want to spend the money if it isn't needed but I do like the sound of combi discs and an uprated clutch but I have been told that the standard VR6 VW clutch is well up for the job. I would really like to have this done and dusted so that I can move on to bigger and better things like a FMIC :0) so if anyone could help me that would be great. Thanks, Paul

I have a Momo Team 300mm steering wheel on my G60, as you well know Will, but I want the Momo Team 320mm steering wheel so if someone sees one please let me know or if someone wants a good condition 300mm Team steering wheel give me a shout. I had a Mk1 Golf GTI Cabriolet, I put a 280mm Momo steering wheel on it and then put OZ Super T alloys on it, 16's, OUCH!! My arms got so big, lol, especially when it didn't have PAS

I was driving home last night and my steering wheel just decided to jump up in my hands, fortunately I was only doing about 40mph, scary though as I couldn't steer properly. I found that the pin for the height adjuster had come out. I would advise to check this as at 40mph it was bad enough, anymore well you can get the picture I'm sure

I was only joking though Bally, I woulkd love to have two sets of BBS wheels, RC's and RX's :0)

I have a Momo Team steering wheel, 300mm but I would really like the Jet 320mm steering wheel so if anyone wants my present steering wheel let me know and yes all Momo steering wheels fit the boss, as long as you have the right boss for the car the rest is simple, just remove the screw and then the horn push and do the whole thing in reverse

So, what is the main difference between RC's and RX's then as unlike some people I can only see myself getting one set of wheels :0) I will be selling my 5 x 15" BBS wheels with centre caps and good tyres if anyone is interested

I seem to have a problem with my rear heated window and since the person that had the car took the rear wiper off which is a nice look, not sure whether to put it back on yet but the rear heated doesn't seem to work. I switch it on but when it has been raining the rain doesn't seem to dispurse so I am guessing from that that it doesn't work, is there a sure fire way of checking and if it isn't can someone tell me what the usual fault might be please? I have been thinking about going from my 15" BBS wheels to 17" BBS wheels but I am unsure about OZ Superleggera wheels and the width of my wheels. On a 40mm drop what is the widest without rolling arches, etc. please? 7", 7.5" or 8"? Cheers, Paul

I am someone that finds things like interior panels not fixed correctly, wrong screws put in place, or no screws at all REALLY ANNOYING :0( The clips for the fuse box cover are missing as are the 3 screws the hold the steering wheel couling together and a few more screws around that area are either missing are not right. Can anyone with this kind of problem in the past or a likeminded person help, if there is someone likeminded, probably not Cheers anyway

I seem to have no heat coming through into my heated rear window :0( is this a common fault or something really expensive to fix, any clues, the switch light comes on but when there is moisture on the rear window it doesn't seem to have any effect by turning the heated rear window on and the rear wiper has been removed. Any thoughts?

Wow, that was some kind of pyscho after that Skoda. I had an incident where I was coming up of a side road onto a hill with lots of traffic, a white van let me out, should I continue, lol, well I thanked him and being in my G60 I rolled down the hill slowly without an acceleration to the cue of parked cars in front of me, as I did so the white van overtook me to sit one space in front of me behind the cue of traffic which really fecked me off especially as it was first thing in the morning on a wet road, I wasn't happy about accelerating towards cued traffic, I clapped them and they shouted some nice words, not, I went down the hill behind them and unfortunately the traffic split into two lanes so now I am sitting beside this white van, the guy in the passenger side rolled down the window and spat on my car, fortunately my window was now closed but this could have turned a lot worse, so I agree, don't rise to the bait.

Get the G60 :0)

Shop around and reduce your mileage and cut down on the mods for a while, difficult with a G60 I know, lol Adrian Flux I am with, 36, 3 years NCB, one accident in 2003, Fully Comp £530

I have had a 1.8 16v, 2.0 16v and G60, I wouldn't really go back to a 1.8 16v unless I was in a real big rush and it was mint, keep looking for the 2.0 16v mate, back me up Scarlett and GradeAFailure :0)

Check this out if you haven't already and good luck: http://www.the-corrado.net/wiki/index.p ... _Checklist Just make sure that the ABS comes on after turning on the ignition, flashes and goes out, if it doesn't come on at all it could be a bulb or someone may have disconnected the ABS warning light, maybe trouble on the horizon. Depending on where it is you can either go to Corrado Pre-Viewing or let me know and I will see if I can help you

Just a quick note, I returned this car to the Trader I originally bought it from after G-Werks very good work on the car and informed the trader of what this car had problems with but the fuelling had been sorted to my knowledge and cost. I will do anything I can to help
