Cheers. Where do you get a 65mm pulley from, the majority I see are seemingly 68mm?
-
I love those wheels, look great when spinning, I'm thinking of maybe getting OZ Super leggera's when I've finished sorting the car, little weight and look the part too. Anyone on this forum with Super leggera's?
-
What is the best size pulley for max boost, saying that I had better sort out my charger first but while I'm at it I might as well get a smaller pulley on there and kill two birds with one stone, or a very fast G60 if I hit them, sorry bird people, lol.

Very nice matey, couldn't find those photos of the engine bay though as G-Man said about, I'm curious now. Please post on the site. One day G-Man, I'll have mine like that :0)

Where do I get insurance for a G60
morpheus20170 replied to morpheus20170's topic in General Car Chat
Thanks to everyone that has replied, I just wish I couyld find that G60, I might have to stick with old faithful, 1.8 16v for the time being but if anyone sees a good G60 around for between 2kand 2.5k then please let me know. Cheers, Paul -
Can someone please tell me where I get insurance for a G60 as I would love one but I am having trouble finding insurance without paying £1500 for it. I'm 33 but after a recent accident I don't have any no claims bonus but I don't want to get some piece of s..t to get my no claims up again although I only had one year so I need insurance cheaper than this. PLEASE HELP!! Cheers, Paul

Can someone pls tell me what the main difference other than the obvious is between the 1.8 16v and the 2.0 16v as I am out to get another C and don't know what to get this time, I had a 1.8 16v last time but don't know whether to go to the 2.0, I see that you can work on the 2.0 more, is this correct? Please help.

I like it, hope to hear from you soon matey. Give me a buzz. Paul

Don't believe a word of it Corozin, my girlfriend hated it cos as with most girls that hate cars other than to get them from A to B, but you could come along to the one on the 8th, I'm not sure where you are coming from if you are coming but a few people are meeting at Pease Pottage services and going together from there, be good if you could join us. Let me know if you are going to be there, Guildford or Pease Pottage. Cheers, Paul

G60Dan's G60 Updated 22/11/04 - New Exhaust

I wonder which car people prefer in that line up, lol. That is really cruel, putting more photos of your car up, esp a close up of those lovely wheels, I was envious enough after the first photos. Cheers for the help with the wiring loom, still trying to find out about it and if it is worth the money spent, 16vg60 has been saying that he has a loom without crimping or something, proper connectors? -
Very nice esp for 2.5k, wish I had got there first :0( Nice one matey. Paul

Can someone please email me about this headlight wiring loom as my headlights are next to s..t. Very nice car, I've always wanted a G60 but had to settle for a 1.8 16V to start with until I win the lottery :0) -
I saw someone in PVW or was it the Golf had a 18 16V with a 2.0 bottom end, where do you get the 2.0 bottom end from, that is my question? And, while I am at it where do I get a new head from? I'm in Brighton, any help would be great. Cheers, Paul

So where are these pics that you ladies said you would be posting, Little Corrado? As for giving us guys a run for our money, what do we think guys :0)
-
Nice one, now when you are parked beside me you won't look odd, lol. I have to sort something out with my lights, I don't know what bulbs I have in already but the loom is sounding more and more inviting, give me a ring m8.
-
Please tell me more about the Fridge, I want one :0) Looks well nice, shame you are in Wales, we could do with your car in Guildford for the Wednesday meet, more Corrados the better, anyone from Sussex that is up for the trip on 8th let me know, cheers.
-
I'm hoping to go, who is going, a nice convoy from Sussex to Warwickshire would be great. Put your name down guys and girls. Paul
-
Hey Dubs not a problem, and Furkan, I know just what you mean, it happens to the best of us m8, good luck. Hope to see everyone with a Corrado comind down for the Guildford to Brighton run on Sunday at Stanmer Park, 12.00-12.30. Cheers, Paul Email me or post me a PM everyone that can come.
-
Veru nice job guys but Dubster you have spelt my name wrong :0) Keep in touch guys and girls and I've gone for LED repeaters now, thanks anyway. Paul
-
Everything sorted, kind of, except the central locking, hope it is just a relay, cheers Darren, hope you are right.
-
You will have to post more photos, inside and out, of the car of course, lol. Looks nice, it is nice when you just get one, isn't it :0) Here is mine

I'm having problems with my C :0( I have just been told that it has had the electrics played around with but at least the garage have now sorted the main beam, is the main beam quite dull on C's or is it just mine? As for the central locking, I went down town the other day and it kept running the motor, I could hear it and locking the doors, if I try to pull the knob up it just makes a noise but doesn't let me so I have to open the window, take the key out and use the key to open the door, what fun, NOT. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Cheers, Paul
