Mine is perfect stored in garage. Instead I'm using my daily audi allroad, perfect for winter, so far unstoppable car.
-
nice one, what color is that if it's not a secret ??

you can get full golf mk3 engine with mileage under 90k for less than 500 quid would even say 300 quid as you can get whole car for 1k and then put supercharger kit for 1,5k marks and then you will get circa 270 bhp, one option second option is trying to find written off audi s3 or leon cupra for around 2k or less and then swap engine for 1.8t and when you remap it you will get circa 260 bhp Personally I would chose first option.

Personal point of view and everybody have right to have one Now I'm driving a cat d audi allroad and it's faultless as well but it had only front bumper and fog light replaced due to car park collision. but cat c for me is something more serious specially that most of body shops doesn't take very good care to fix cars to higher standard. My personal point of view.

Have You even owned a cat c car ?? I did, and he get it threw all vosa checks and of course car pass all of them. Car was brought back on road but.... when my friend long term VW technician responsible for many vr6T and big power 1.8t build's checked this car was chocked how vosa could give green light for this car a chassis leg was touching front suspension frame. Unacceptable mistake. It was 350 bhp audi S3 so mistake was even worst as power of the car were increased a lot. I got my lesson and would never buy again cat c or cat d car.

If I were administrator of this forum I would lock this post and ban this user from using this forum as basic hpi check told us a truth to this car is worth nothing, maybe 1,5k in parts, nothing more, as is Cat C.
-
Just had this car HPI checked 2 owners no color changes no stolen recorded not scraped DAMAGE CATEGORY C LOSS DATE 10/12/2008 !! Worth to spent 3 pounds for a basic sms check, so seller is a liar !!

Would love to get that gift :) Worth around 5k pounds If you can, keep it, don't sell it. If you can't keep it, don't sell it below 5k pounds.
-
30k per car of course :)
-
Just wondering if You have 30k to spend on a car what would be your choice. Must be 10 years or older, don't have to be standard car. My choice 1) Nissan Skyline R34 GTR 2) Corrado VR6 Turbo 4x4 3) Lancia Delta HF Integrale

Don't know why but like better S3 look than R32 Anyway have to own R32 some day

As a bus driver driving every day no matter what weather is can only say few things why people crashing in snow so often. I can see it every day. 1) Many people don't care if its snowing or not, if its icy or not, they are driving in the same speed keeping same very small distance to car in front of them. 2) They don't know how to drive a car when is sliding, they just pressing brake pedal as hard as possible and waiting to stop, sometimes you just need release your break and turn your steering wheel to avoid accident, specially on cars without ABS 3) People overtaking when they cant see what is in front of them, many times myself on the buss up the hill and they suddenly stop because they can't manage to drive further more and car driving down the hill can't stop because is sliding and we have accident - This happened today's morning. Lady driving a audi a3 decided to overtake myself (on big buss) up the hill and she stuck in the middle of my buss right on top of bad hill. From opposite direction another lady was driving down the hill on almost brand new range rover and both cars smash together. Fortunately nobody was injured because speed was not to big but two cars were smashed and road was blocked for long time. Everything before 7AM. Question. Was it worth it ?? Better was to stay behind the buss and be 30s late than injured !!!! 4) I would like to appeal to everybody. Please buy winter tyres and slow down !!!

Never heard about it. Are they correct size or smaller and you need to machine your crank down ??

good effort, perfect job but about the wheels I don't like them at all but it's my personal opinion. If You really fancy about them and like to keep them I would paint them in dark gray metallic paint -
Yes, first of all remember impact wrench uses lots of power to remove nuts so if you will buy cheap one internal parts will breake very soon. Bought one of ebay for around 30 marks, did the job but after using it to remove suspension bolts few times everything inside the wrench broken in parts. After that bought myself 24v sealey impact wrench, not the cheapest, but not the expensive one as well but its great, used it many times since and never let me down. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Cordless-Impa ... 230ab12f58

Nice raddo, good work, like the exhaust, had same in my 20vt many years ago and to be honest would do it exactly once again
-
Great job but is the wire locking really necessary ?? I know what is it for but even company's making lamborhini or ferrari leave their bolts just tighten up and it newer failed down, I think so.

I've sold my ones for 600 pounds 2 years ago and it took me about 4 months to find somebody to buy them. Anyway I put my Beige Leather on ebay to see whats happen :D http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0504896267
