I can't understand how VW works. I've been there today to get other parts and asked for the clips and they told me they are obsolete and you just ordered 30 pieces. That's strange.
-
I'd like a set as well, please

Size 10 :) bid war ?? :D :D :D

B4 won't fit. B3 can be used for swap of broken runners. Best fit of glass sunroof is seat ibiza 95-98 or something from that model. MK3 will fit but is more rounded that flat corrado sunroof.

depends what you want to buy. Ebay isn't always cheapest, amazon has sometimes very good prices. Venom motorsport served me well last time and can't complain about KW uk service as well, sorted me with missing parts OUT OF ANY CHARGE :)

Looks nice but you need to lower it :)

No, all cars should go if you release clutch slowly. Especially diesel cars or big engined petrol cars. When I had my allroad 2.7t I wery rarely used first gear. Mostly second to drive off. It had so much torque and elasticity in engine.
-
Worth looking at. Thanks. Car has 160k miles btw.

My pcv valve is definitely gone, all glued up with silicone. I know it's hard to tell anything without driving it. Just looking for ideas if anybody had similar problems and their solutions.

Well, I'm from Poland and my father just paid £20 in March this year to do his 2 reflectors in ford transit, and they are much bigger than Corrado ones.
-
This is standard procedure that can be done in Poland. There are specialized company regenerating reflecting parts for around £10 each so tomi is trying to make a huge profit.

I'll try to describe problem as good as possible :) I can't do any road millage as car still not insured but was taking it of my garage today and had exactly same problem as on a day I bought it. I can put first or reverse gear in (driving out or off garage) and I'm starting releasing clutch pedal not adding any acceleration. After I release about 1/3 of full length of clutch pedal engine stalls. You need to accelerate to avoid stalling an you had to be very careful no letting clutch go to fast as it will stall again. In all Corrado's I had before you could easily drive off without any usage of acceleration pedal. Any suggestions before I'll take gearbox out to fit new clutch.

As said before. Amazing skills but I'd rather draw it first and then start building.

Been driving both and to be honest they are very similar cars. I would just go for Audi as they look better for me, especially interior.
-
I wish I had so much time and space to work on my cars like that. Good job.
-
They are cheaper on ebay and you don't have to go anywhere :) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sonic-Scrubber-Battery-Powered-Cleaning-Brush-Brush-Head-Set-For-DIY-Garden-/191121118697?pt=UK_Home_Garden_GardenEquipment_HandTools_SM&hash=item2c7fb4d5e9

And about 5 times better car. Sorry Kev but personal opinions shouldn't be questioned. Corrado is a great car but Evo 6 is better for me. I love both. They are different and unlikely comparable to each other.
-
Koni Shocks and Eibach springs that came on the car as well as the spare standard springs. Thats what I got with a storm I recently bought. Don't know anything about condition as still in a boot of the car and car sitting in garage. Can check after weekend if you interested.

You can roll or flare front arches very easily as front wings are soft. You can not roll or flare rear arches very easily as they are damn thick and hard. Usually you need split outer arch from inner one using grinder. Then hammer them out and weld together again. Of course new paint is needed after that. All depends how much your wheels sticks out.

My typical MPG in VR6 is around 13-14. This is only town driving. BTW. Buying VR6 aor any other kind of sport car who cares about MPG :) I had to say that in my EVO when power was twice than VR6 MPG was 1,5 times better than VR6.
