Have a 288mm set up to go on but someone told me i need to the late golf front brake hoses as they connect differently to the 280mm Corrado ones. Is this true, does anyone know part numbers?

Found a set of D90's I really want, all 16x8 for the VR6, What size adapters do I ideally want for a little bit of stance too? Found a guy who can get them made do I need 5x100 - 5x130? Also can choose width he does between 20-35mm so I've said in principle 2x of each. Will I have any clearance issues as the Corrado does have some arches on it. Plan on coiliovers at the same time too. Pics would be a bonus Thanks Gav

£85 a side for a VR as quoted this morning! The ARB links are £30 a side too, will try get the other side done at the same time..

Right ordered the gaitors, top mounts and o/s ARB link from VW. Wishbones can wait at £85 a side - will do them when I get some coilies! Chucked a foliage cover gasket in there too to sort the wet footwell!

This has snapped, are they available seperatley or is it a new ARB? Hit a loose man hole cover :( Also wondered what else to change at the same time while im there so far I have: 288MM Brake conversion to be fitted Top mounts 2 x new wishbones New ARB Link/ARB Both O/S CV Gaitors Any other fairly cheap and easy bits I should get out the way? Cars a 94 vr6 with 111,000 miles. Thanks

Cheers for that, changed fuses and checked connections all ok but no difference. Just need to find the relay now and where to buy one...

I did check the fuses 5 and 6 i think they looked fine, will replace anyway to be certain. No ICE installed and no water leaks that i know of, however did have a new windscreen a couple of weeks back and the top seal flew out on the motorway...I would have still thought it was water tight due to being bonded?? Will check under bonnet for loose/corroded connections tomorrow, also read from a search that after waxing the bonnet and lifting after rain that a lot of water can pour into the wiper motor, would this cause all the other things to blow too? Any more advice welcome Cheers Stuart

Had the car parked up for 2 days after Spring Fest got in it yesterday to find that none of the above worked at all....bad times. Also noticed the ABS light came on too. Has this happened to anyone else, fuses look ok too.

As above, thinking this is the way to go on mine as the speedlines suit it down to the ground and are pretty mint. Thanks

My 94 VR is in need of discs and pads, Wouldnt mind getting some better ones, same size but the standard ones have always squeeked like hell! I have some green stuff EBCs on my mk2 which seem pretty good with low dust too... comments please.. cheers

I thought all corrados came with these? Seem to remember my old 2.0 16v having them, or one at least? My vr6 is well specced with heated leather Recaros but doesnt seem to have any heated mirrors? Is there a fuse I can check?

Ok dude you have a deal, although i dont know if i will ever have time to sperate it off the rest of the lump! everything else is off so if you dont mind it as it is - plus i cranked the engine over with a breaker bar and i think it turned over. May be wrong but worth a go in one piece maybe?

Im from the UK mate lol, it was probably a seagull but what came out of it defo looked the size of an eagle dropping! I heard the lenses are now obsolete but I only need a late N/S UK spec one
