your car looks amazing just one question... with 18" alloys and an 80mm drop where the hell can you drive it? Do you have to take de-tours to avoid speed bumps and potholes? It really does look amazing and I bet it handles amazing too. DM

this may sound trivial but i would like to be able to put my driver and passenger windows up and down at the same time. i imagine that i need a another relay to accomplish this. also my driver window has one touch up and one touch down whereas my passenger window only has one touch down. Will the relay required to be able to use both windows at the same time sort this out. If it is a relay I need, is it easy to install? If its not a relay, what is it, what will it cost and is it easy to install. Regards DM

i cant seem to get my sony stereo to work properly. its plays fine but when i turn the engine off and leave it for several minuted all my setting are reset. Iv had this problem before on my golf and my mondeo ( sorry i know its a ford, its a mondeo, i know it sucks, get over it ). anyway no matter how many wires I switch around I cant seem to get the blasted thing to keep the settings I want. I was under the impression that VW and sony has some kind of partnership (if thats the best way to describe it) and that they use sony connectors for their stereo systems. Don't understand why I cant get mine to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. DM

i was looking through last months performance VW mag and im sure others noticed the "westside" corrado. I would really like to know how and where he got his red tinted rear lenses as I think they would look amazing on my metallic black G60. It was a Porsche blue VR6 with ridiculusly yet amazingly large alloys, bee sting ariel removed completely, full cream leather interior and cream carpets, basically just looked and probably acted like the dogs bolloc*s. anyway i want the red tinted rear lenses, they look similar to M3 lenses Any suggestions would be appreciated DM

Another aspect I cannot decide on are the tyres to go with the alloys. Can anyone advise on the best tyres for grip that are not too heavy and basically are sh*t hot. Regards DM

My C G60's sunroof only tilts and will not slide back. When I press the button to make it slide it sounds as if is giving its best to do it but just doesnt manage it. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is it easy to fix, will I have to get a mechanic to do it or would someone who is not very car mechanically litirate (myself) be able to do it on their own. DM

My corrado G60 is due a service within the next few weeks. Iv never taken a car to anyone other than a dealer for a service as iv had newish cars and this would invalidate the warranty. Does anyone know of places near Glasgow that are reliable and trustworthy to take my pride and joy for a service as I want to give it the best care as possible without being ripped off. DM

My G60 still has the standard exhaust that I am quite happy with. The only problem is that the centre section is cracking and is held to the car with cable ties (i didnt do that, sorry Julesz) I was advised by my friend who is a mechanic to leave the exhaust as it is until I desperately need to change it. Does anyone disagree with my mechanic friend, I would just like as much input as possible. If I have to change my exhaust I would like to keep it to a nice smallish size that does not make a massive sound like a 1.0 litre Corsa with a bam and a baseball cap driving it. I do apologise as iv already posted this problem somewhere before, I just don't remember where or what I posted it as. Anyway, my G60's temperature controls (sliding controls) has a Bug*ered bulb, I think, and will not light up when I put my lights on like the rest of the dash does. I was advised to try VW, so I did and they quoted me £30 for the tiny new stereo facia sized panel, which is discontinued and which they only have one left in the whole of Renfrewshire. If I have to pay this amount I will, but does anyone who has maybe switched to twisty dials or changed their dash configuration got a spare sliding panel they would like to sell me. Regards DM

My G60 has a number of pretty deep and bad scratches on the front and rear bumpers, many stonechips on the bonnet, some small some large, a couple of dings on the drivers door and some ugly scratches on the roof and sunroof. Doeas anyone know of anywhere relatively near Glasgow who can sort this who is good and who does not charge rediculus prices. Its not a major problem but id like to get my C looking as sexu*l as possible. Regards DM

this may seem different but here goes id quite like to take my Karman badge off the gearstick surround and replace it with the exact same size of badge that says "corrado" anyone know where i can get this or anyone here who can make badges? regards DM

i tried halfords in brahead and they said the only colour for a mkII golf they couldnt get was clear. ill try the H in Paisley do u know if they sell the silvatech bulbs too thanks for replying so quickly DM

i cant decide between a set of OZ super turismos (14 spoke) or a set of 11 spoke technomagnesio anyone have any pics of a C with either of these im also getting mixed stories of being able to get 7.5x17 and 7.0x17 some say both, some say only 7.0x17 which is true and if its possible to get 7.5x17, will they fit on my C without butchering the wheel arches? regards DM

Cheers guys i had to drive back up the road with the busted alloy. the locking nut wont come off. its going into the garage to get checked in the morning. it pulls to the right and makes bizarre noises when braking. it does still drive relatively ok but not sure what damage iv done. iv definitely dome damage of some sort. hopefully it will just be the alloy that took the brunt of it. ill let you know how it goes. regards DM
