iv got an original first aid kit that is still in its shrink wrap. Iv removed it from the rear arm rest as that now houses my minidisc changer as far as im aware you can still pick them up from any vw dealer for a reasonable price or as stu says pay a rediculus amount on ebay DM

I didnt know what to do, tried for hours to get that blasted bulb out with no luck so just spent £33 this morning in replacing the whole temperature facia part. Bit excessive, but hey it works now. I dont mind spending the extra cash, my baby deserves it!!! DM

i agree price way too high I bought a g60 courtesy of JULESZ with approx 91000 on the clock, it had a few minor problems like any 11 year old car does, but in very very good condition. I only paid £3600, I would be careful with this and make sure he's not tryin to rip you off. ps like the avatar too hot :) DM

The best thing i would do is arrange an aa inspection or something similar. Even just an HPI check to make sure the car hasnt been written off or stolen etc. For the milage I wouldnt be very happy if it didnt come with a full service history along with receipts for any repairs or mods. Iv been over a few large speed bumps today and my G60 scraped slightly, but like johnj says the plastic is quite flexible. think u would be fine mate is your mate with the 92 g60 on the forum??? If he's not, get him on here 8) :D DM

its a 30mm drop im going to do to it very soon, hopefully with KONI coil overs. Also would love to debadge the front grill but dont know anywhere i trust to do the paintwork (any suggestions from glasgow peeps???) I want to get the rear tail lights the same as the "westside" corrado. Looks amazing. I just put the clear side repeaters on this morning. matt buz.... the tail lights came like that when I bought the car from JULESZ, he will know how to do them. DM

mmm leather... always the way forward love the front debadged grill, makes the car look so much better, thats what i want to do to my g60 but the alloys and suspension are first. Lookin fantastic mate DM

Sorry folks, Meant to post what happened in the end. It cost me Approx £193 for parts and labour (my mate is a mechanic and gets parts at trade price). I had to get the right suspension arm and cv joint replaced. Also had to get the steering column corrected. I also had a coolant leak and another few minor problems that were nothing to do with the bump. These were also sorted at the same time which was included in the above price. My G60 used to be running around 27-31 mpg until a few days ago. Dont know ehether its the MFA or not but its all of a sudden gone down to 21-22 mpg and wont go higher. So I was running around 350-400 miles ish per tank, but if the MFA isnt being weird then id hate to think what milage im getting. DM

My mind is swaying towards 7.5x17 OZ Super Turismos. What kind of mod will I need to do to ensure they dont rub? Does anyone have any pics of a C with Super T's? DM

Just thought id post a few pics of my G60 now that its got its windows done and had a nice polish. Any thoughts on other subtle mods I can do? Im getting clear side repeaters tomorrow. Still cant decide between 17" OZ super turismos or Technomagnesio 11 spokes. DM

cool mate, iv not had any problems to be honest its just when my mate was replaceing some things he noticed it and brought it up. cars running great, got a clifford cat 1 alarm and the windows tinted now, looks good take care mate DM
