Scoobys no problem evo mr's ?? even my mates 360 bhp pulsar gets smacked 1.8t power :lol: My mate has a tuned up 20v turbo coupe on fiat coupe forum.. and that goes well .. don't know about being reliable though the thing wants to pop if you run over a bar of boost.. very nice cars nice and smooth.. shame about the ugly back end IMO..

167 via gps ... ran out of gearing and revs though.. :mad: but my new gear set should solve that..

I luv this discussion it cracks me up every time .. :lol: All those die hard vr6 boys.. have you noticed how it's always the 1.8T owners and wannabe's who bring it up though, and not actually the VR owners, who are usually generally very happy with their cars. Look chap I'm happy with my car .. I didn't start the thread.. :roll: I've got a Vr6 in the garage being rebuilt I have no problems with them.. Just prefer my 1.8t cause they have no character :lol: ..

Hi there chaps.. I'm just testing the water .. I've had one of the universal pillar pods on my car for a while and it just looks to messy so I'm trying to arrange a group buy on some nice slick one piece items .. I don't mind being the guinea ping so all i need is 5 or more people to say yes they'd be interested and I'll get on get them made.. Thanks

A few nights a go I was driving through Hitchin towards Cambridge when I came across a nice dragon green Vr6 .. nicely lowered on standard whiles .. it had club corrado stickers in the rear window .. so I gave him a flash as I pulled up behind him to say hello .. he didn't acknowledge me .. which isn't a problem.. he then started to play silly buggers and boot it then slow down again .. I just sat behind him and gave him the odd push to go quicker gto join in the fun .. I was thinking this was all in good fun as his misses grinning and lokking behind in her wind mirror .. we got on to the A505 and I gave him a little boot to show him the score .. I wafted past and then pulled over and put my hand up to say enough of thanks .. he then cut in front of me again .. this turned into a bit of a fight and the end result was winding uo the boost and flying past him but not stopping or slowing down for him to catch me .. Just wondering why ?? he drove a nice L plate vr6 standard looking but lowered .. I drive a de badged German style H plate with porkers and slammed .. was this snobbery or was he just a *ock because his bird was in the car ?? Andy :wink:

kevhaywire, I agree there figures seem to be a bit tall... as for the full consumption its bad enough running a 1.8 turbo .. blimey 2.9 . now that would be funny

Would there be much point in using a K03 sport there so small anyway you struggle pushing 230 bhp.. T or GT series turbo sounds more worth it..

aposegil Try a early Vr6 pump as there 4 bar .. that's what I'm using .. my friend has a demon tweaks high flow pump on his car and there doesn't seem to be any difference save your money and go for the vr route.. I'm pushing 285 at the wheels and my pumps fine.. Andy

None of the scoobies come with anti lag as standard not even the 22B.. I agree i hate flame outs my car does it in its current state of tune .. it scares the life out of me hearing it pop and bang .. i keep thinking i've been flashed by a speed cam.. it attracts the wrong sort of attention.. :roll:
