Been looking at wavetrac today looks like a very good plan think that is what I will go for. Who's the best to buy from, e-blah direct from America or pay a bit more from a UK based company and that way I will have some one to shout at when it all goes wrong

Thank you As for the pipe and the condenser is the mk3 the same or do I have to get parts specially designed and made for the job.

Ok but does it take much hacking of the dash to fit?

Is it possible to fit the air conditioning out of a 1992 td golf in my corrado I have got a completely stripped shell and a doner golf and now seems the perfect time to fit A/C. My question is does it fit and what other parts do I need I know that it is not going to be straight forward as I have fitted a mk5 R32 lump but I am sure that someone else has done it before. Many thanks for any help cheers.

Whilst preparing my rado for some paint I have found a deep gauge full of filler in my passenger side sill right under the door and a poor repair on my drivers side sill that has now rusted like a pepper pot along the under side to where it meets the inner sill, also on my drivers side I require the panel above the sill just up to where the rubbing strip sits please help Thanks Tom.

HELP PLEASE Got mk5 3.2 bub 2006 engine last weekend :D Took engine out of c this weekend went fine btw now as i was swapping bits over i found that there was no location for the p/s pump to sit (due to electronic power steering )so i ordered the mk4 bracket that holds the alt a/c pump & p/s pump fits fine now my problem is wot belt tensioner to use, the mk5 one wont fit as the bracket where it bolted to i have removed and the one that is listed for the 4 is the same part number as the one fitted to my c originally and that don't fit due to interference with the inlet manifold has anyone else had this problem thanks for any help in advance cant wait to get it done now.

:D hi all WOW you guys really know your stuff (1st post by the way). I am thinking of putting a 3.2 into my 94 VR, I have read all the pages and the fitting of the engine looks pretty strait forward but I am still unsure of the of the ideal way to do the conversion. I did not want to go to the extent of swapping all the wiring from the donor car which I don't have yet (which is best one to use by the way). Has anyone got any wiring diagrams that they have drawn I have the Robert Bentley manual and autodata on my PC also but if someone drew there own when doing there conversion that would be fantastic if I could sneak a peak. Also I read that people are having problems with there rev counters has anyone overcome this yet? cheers any help with this so I can start this conversion would be gratefully received many thanks.
