I've been really looking forward to this since it was announced, only a week to go, woo!

In preparation for the RR day next weekend I have been doing some work on the old girl. Last weekend I changed the gearbox oil for some new MT90 and today I have had the wheel alignment done. The front NS was badly off which they have adjusted and I'm pretty pleased with the results. The chap doing my tracking was nice enough to let me wander around under the car and have a look, I've not seen it from underneath before and I'm pleased to say everything looks good. It's very dirty but the underseal doesn't have any rips and I couldn't see any rot. The exhaust is on it's last legs but I knew that. I purchased a new ignition switch from the dealers which I want to fit before next weekend along with some new power steering fluid and G12++. Then I just need to give it a really good clean and wax! Theres a whole thread of these on vwvortex, that picture is from it. Apparently it fell off a flat bed (I think after having had a paint job!). EDIT - If you go looking for the thread, be warned, it's sad because of all the dead C's and a lot of them people definitely WONT have walked away from :(

These are the only two points that worry me a bit! I can handle loosing a splitter...what's the reason for the tracking? I was planning on having it done before hand anyway just need to find some time.

Well if there is a ballpark figure for the cost to do dents then I'm very very interested. There isn't a panel on my car that doesn't have one :( It might be worth asking on detailing world if there is a good person/company close to Stealth? Unless Vince knows anyone?
