    My parents spotted this G60 in le brusc near toulon in the south of France ( were I used to live :D ) looking a bit sorry for its self. I should of been there but couldnt get time off work :censored:

    What Inlet Manifold did you get Jake, is it a polished or powder coated one - Pics? Ian. At the moment it is still looking standard going to either polish it up my self or look at sending it off to some were to do it for me Will get some pics up of my ever growing pile of goodies soon

    So far I've gotten more miles put of the tank on V-power but doesnt feel any different, going to try the tesco stuff when I fill up next

    I got a inlet manifold today thanks to shaung60. Going to get it looking nice and shiny just like the cam cover I've got on the way from StrictlyDubs. :D

    I know how you feel. Getting into the car after its been sat in the sun all day, is not fun. especialy when the stearing wheel is too hot to hold

    hahaha :brickwall: Well today mine wasnt even give a name. At work a tannoy came out saying will the owner of a VW ....pause.... ( you could all most hear them thinking how to pronouse it) then they gave up and just said the reg. I chuckled to myself 8) It was only my alarm going off for no reason, as usal :lol:

    Right I got two colours in mind to paint the calipers one is Silver the other is light Blue. What does every one think? any other colour ideas?

    Ya I'm thinking the same thing. As I want something to stand out but not clash with the colour of the car but dont forget they need to stand out through these small gaps :confused4: Now were do people reconmend going for this paint :grin:

    HAHAHA defo option Z Back would be good. would you think a bluey grey colour would work :confused4: but I think the blue Hammerite option is the best so far.

    I gave the calipers and carriers a good clean today - little bit of surface rust in places that could probably do with a wire brushing to prepare for painting. Decided on a colour yet? Hey thanks for that Vaughan, you didnt have to. No I havent really, I dont want red cos every ones has that colour, but want a colour that will poke through the little gaps on my rims, but at the same time doesnt look silly against the colour of the car. any idears??

    Got the pads through the post today :D just the clipers and carriers now.

    I just ordered some standard replacement ones for now. going to change most things to standard befor putting better ones on, so I have a really good starting point. Ya it wouldnt hurt to give them a good clean, will have to do a bit of searching to see how its done properly :D OOOO what colour paint Hmmmmmmm

    Filled up with V-power on the weekend and looks promising so far. Didnt notice a big difference in the proformance but I've done 70 miles so far and the needle has harly moved :D
