  3. The rears are easy as anything. its removing the parcel shelf sides that is a pain in the ares. but to remove the orginal rear suspension all you need to do is unbolt it at the top mount (one bolt) and unbolt it from the rear beam (one bolt). Preaty much that straight forward. Dont jack the car up on the beam as you need to be able to flex it to get the shocks off. Hope that helps

  12. Im a commercial team leader for Sainsbury's :gag: Basiclly Im second in charge of everything to do with Pricing and ticketing (price changes, pricing problems, advertising ect ect), backdoor (recieving deliveries, unloading wagons ect) the cash office ( balancing the tills ect ) and all the third party contractors ( sercurity, cleaners, maintenance builders ) So commercial is preaty much the general dogs body for the store, with out us the store couldnt open, but every one seams to s**t all over us first chance they get :bad-words: I do hate my job :( but I hate the customers even more, they all ways talk down to you and think you are stupid because you work for a super market. I had one customer say to me " can you tell me if you have any balsamic vinegar in stock, You do know what that is dont you?" So I told him we didnt have any knwoing full well there was a shelf round the corner full of it, arrogant :censored:
  13. Gutted for you Paul :( How can some one not see a YELLOW car :confused4: :bad-words: Idiot :censored: But at least your resonably all right, hope you can get it all sorted mate
  14. Thanks for the interest guys Im getting my internet connect at the end of the month. Finaly  So as soon as im connected up I will be on it like sonic, or in ther like swimwear
  15. I had some pr**k nearly side swipe me today. By my work there is a cross roads with traffic lights on them and two lanes going into it from every direction. I know that the right hand lane on the direction I was driving has the left hand lane filter into it. So I usually stay in the right hand lane as its quicker. Today I was going along as I normaly do and ther were two cars in the left hand lane, one in front of me and one behind with enough space in the middle for a corrado to fit with loads of room. So I stayed in the gap between the two cars waiting for them to filter over to my side of the road. The car in front moves over like he should but for some stupid reason the car behind thinks it will be a good idea to speed up and try and get in front of me even tho there is no room. So basicly he was trying to under take me luckly I saw him coming and moved over far enough to avoid anything but he then has the cheeck to blare his horn at me. WTF :cuckoo: so I stopped the car turned around to look at him out the rear quarter window and gave him a two finger wave before driving off. I nearly gave him a taste of my steel toe caps but the traffic was backing up behind me so decided not too  Tosser :bad-words:
  16. I hate all road users as they are idiots, but most of the above has hit it right on the head. My top three must be 1. People not thanking you for letting them through. I give them either the 1 or 2 finger royal wave 8) 2. Middle lane hoggers. MOVE THE F**K OVER :bad-words: 3. Old Drives. I mean the ones who have had the same car for the last 50 years, all ways have the same style hat on, drive at 30mph every where and never I mean never check their blind spot because they have arthritise so physiclly cant. They are 100X more dangerours than any fast driver on the road. Rant over
  17. Wow just read through this whole thread, and you have put alot of time and effort into this, and it looks amazing. Sounds like I right beast :D Fantastic colour as well 8)

    6 speed conversion

Is it possible to fit a 6 speed to a valver or vr? As I all ways think the rado needs a 6th, pootling along on the motorway the revs just seam to high. Just needs a 6th cruiser gear 8)
  19. tbh there usnt much between the 2, same power but 2.0 has more torque Read through these two links one on the 1.8 other on 2.0 http://www.corradoclub.org/content/view/37/54/ http://www.corradoclub.org/content/view/38/54/ But im on the 2.0 side. Just get a KR or ABF cam in it and a DG remap and it will be quick 8) After the RR day I will post up the graphs from before and after the cams and map. Plus the 2.0 is newer so has all the newer interiour trim :D
  20. I brought mine just over a year ago for £2000 and a couple of months ago i added up all my bills and it came to just under £2500. Which if you do the maths works out to be £208.33 a month on part. If you go for fuel and insurance then its about £65 for fuel and £96 for insurance a month Its not worth thining about tbh :cuckoo:
  21. District 9 - 8/10 Wasnt a bad film at all, better than I thought it would be.
  22. A cheap thing would be to grind the two little bumps off that he arms rest on. As these are the bits that top the wipers getting full preasure on the glass. If you pull the wiper blade back and look down to where it pivots you will see them, just grind them away ( angle grinder, dremmel ect just take it off the car first so you dont crack the glass) and it will fix the problem Need to get round to do it on mine tbh :brickwall:
  23. What about dead engine mounts? My valver would knock under acceleration and the front engine mount was shafted ( Andy can confirm that :D )
