All Looking at getting a private reg for a 95 "N" VR6.... Have a couple of ideas ... N5 VRG (needs some fancy characters for "G" to "become a 6) D3 VUB (Dyslexic VEDUB...) D4RYN - My name (duh!) but not showing as available anyway :( Any more ideas?

To be fair this will still be running in another 20 years so certainlydoes fulfil that requirement....
-
it is called "urban legend", or whatever it is called in English  urban legend, or a big steaming pile of poo, whichever you prefer :D Would that be a steaming pile of poo of the bovine variety?

I've now heard loads of good reports for the PX4s in the wet... May have to consider some myself next time round...

Why the Honda obsession?

NOOOOOooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A VR Storm is worth far more than £2k either in one go as a as traight sale or for parts when being broken!

Is there no way to talk you out of this? Your car is amazing and as much as people will want parts from it if you do break it I am sure there are plenty more who would love to see it running... If not then can I have first dibs on the interior? lol... Vulture time really but I couldn't resist the question :norty: Doh!! Just saw your other thread...breaking one obviously duh!!! Have sent you a Q on pm re interior (not in breaking thread so may be ok/within house rules etc???) -

That is looking awesome... Great advert for the Corrado!
-
Aye, I'd agree with this... Asmuch as people'd like to help someone not sure they'll be telling all how to enter a C without the keys... Even in pm which isn't the most secure medium known to man after all.
-
Mmmm, not convinced by that... imho the darker smoked (or maybe inpro dark?) would go far better...
-
Nope, odd looking though. Not sure I'd want to look at them for very long...
-
Looking sweet indeed.. Looking forward to seeing that bodywork when complete and painted. Great to see someone loving their C
-
I've heard they're quite rare I've heard that it is a misnomer... The C was built by Karmann so has a Karmann badge on gear stick surround... i.e all Corrados were built there so all have Karmann interior... or would if it meant anything other than the badge
-
I considered them for my C... Look sweet...

Thinking this one over and... Clarkson isn't actually that wrong in his opinions. At least he isn't if you allow for the timeframe etc. At the time of launch for the probe it was consdered to be an excellent car with great looks etc, the Prelude was supposed to be the best looking coupe and the Calibra was the 'workhorse' coupe that was available for all with a "low" price tag. The only reason ths is amusing now is that the cars have all aged differently with the Corrado now being by far the better out of the 4. However, at the time, the Corrado was hardly even heard of really and although it was considered an excellent car by many reviewers it never really did get the right reviews (imo) from Top Gear etc. Seems that it almost faded in to the background at the time...

` ...very well indeed! You really should finish your sentences...

Looking nice... I need some adv on tail light as well... Am considering smoked/black ones but seems everyone thinks the crystal ones look better...

Too much for a Cat D...

Fecking B^*%@@ds!!! Hope you get your c back in decent nick mate...
-
Clean, grease, clay ..... that's not a cleaning process I'm familiar with  Does sound an unusual one.... Maybe there is some hitherto unheard of technique to give the perfect finish?
