Yay :clap: just had someone knock on the door to tell me how nice my Corrado looks and to just chat for a few minutes about it... While this has made my wife comment on how mad people are I think it was quite nice... Anyone else had similar things? Does seem there are a lot of people out there who know and love the Corrado

May be the way to go... Have tried this route before though over last few years.. Have brought (and subsequently sold due to boredom factor): Audi A6 2.4 Avant with "Multitronic" gearbox... auto with knock up/down... BMW 325i Jaguar X-Type 3.0 v6 "Sport"

Something I find myself saying again and again and more and more lately is that I really must keep the faith in the Corrado. Problem is I travel quite a lot for work and end up in a large variety of cars (mostly German Audi, BMW etc) and am getting really tempted to bin the whole Corrado religion, sell the VR and buy a 5 series or A6 or whatever... Basically something comfy and above all dull... Can't even really say I stay with the C cos of cost, for the amount I spend on this I'm not far of a relatively up to date A6... And then may as well go an extra few K and get something newish to bum to work and back in.... AAAAGH! Bloody Corrado.. It's like the filthy mistress... I know I shouldn't and there are far more sensible choices but it just feels so good... Sorry for the confused messages here but it simply reflects the love/hate thing with my VR

I think that really sucks and my C doesn't even have a cat. Mmm, will this actually apply to an older car such as the C? It does seem that the government occasionally show a modicom of common sense and set up new regulations with a breakwater point where it doesn't apply to cars older than x for example... Or at least some dispensation. See MOT test on exhaust gases for example...

I think you get slaughtered if you break the rules though and a lot of the sellers are businesses really so it aint worth it for em... In this case I'd have bung an extra hundred in to win to be honest.. WANT A CREAM LEATHER INTERIOR!!! Want want want!

It's all down to the model then... 2.0l = 2 'clicks' G60 = 2 clicks ps and 3 clicks drivers side VR6 = 3 clicks both sides Storm = 4 clicks both sides ... Campaign just continues clicking til you get bored. A Storm has 4 clicks???? Or is that one of these 'VR6 rumours' Tom (VR6) was on about in the other post :lol: :D :D :D

Yep... very annoying that... Not really a headrest if you can't rest your head on it!

All down to perspective though really... If I am buying I want low prices If I am watching I want fair prices If I am selling I want high prices People are just trying to hook in to other peoples needs/wishes. If I am selling something (whatever it may be) then I will wish to sell it for the absolutely highest price possible. Also, Corrado prices make no sense in any case as my car is probably only worth 3-3.5k but there is NO way I would sell it for that as it means more to me and IF I had 3-3.5k to spend on a replacement I'd only end up looking for another Corrado anyway... Least I'd sell for is 4.5k to give myself a reasonable chance to buy something else I'd enjoy as much probably with aircon next time though... Only thing that bugs me with mine.

Now what does that mean???? I am now really eager to see the next bits. Still want you to do a dash for me ;-) I even have a "spare" dash. Mmm, have a spare interior at the moment come to think of it... Must do something with that.. Awesome work!

When was this? May have been me if day before yesterday? haha yes it was mate, ive seen a few rados round the camb/farn/guilford area now, but never seen your's? Seems you have seen it now... :D Does seem a few that I see up/down A30 area... Only moved here a few weeks back and had been seeing basically 1 a month before that if lucky... Now up to a few every week it seems...
