Hello folks,
Does anyone know the pitch of the bolts that are meant to go into here?
I've got some powdercoated hubs off flebay and what I think are correct bolts are a wee bit tight, not sure if there is powdercoat in there or they are the wrong bolts. I don't want to force them in and wreck my shiny bits!
There is a small chance there is powdercoat in there, would nitromors or something similar get it off?

I joke of course

Google car schematics you should get a feel for the height of the seats in both cars then

I wonder if we can get easypops and Goldie to get in touch with their friends and ship us a few?

The rack boot is just a dust seal, fluid shouldn't be in there, the rack seal itself must be leaking?Yeah, I've done a bit of googling and I reckon its the rack. It looks pretty much identical to this. http://www.simple-car-answers.com/Car-Power-Steering-Leak.html.
Brown fluid looks like oil but its definitely less viscous.

I thought they only had grease in, not oil !!Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Yeah, I have no idea what's going on. I checked my power steering fluid bottle and it's about empty, something is not right.

I've got the brakes on now and began the bleeding process. Noticed this lovely oil slick on the floor of the garage and sourced it to a steering rack boot split
As the front is jacked up its ran backwards along the car and has now wet the underseal and floorpan!
The problem is right now I can't move the car, and the question is, how worried should I be? Any advice??

Hey, what are the distances between the holes that mount the caliper please!

I think I found them, well there can't be too many Polish sellers refurbing corrado knuckles. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/262810205791
Lock please, admin

If you struggle to find some I bought some refurbed ones from EBay, from a polish seller. Came powder coated with new bearings etcSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Send the link my way please, I was thinking of powder coat at the same time

(vr6 if it makes a difference)Front hub knuckles that the hub gets pressed into, one of the carrier bolt threads have disintegrated on mine!
I'm in South East London, so close to that is a bonus, i feel like they are quite weighty.

Interested for 535-199-171/H – VR6 engines

I'd say learn to code, but that is also desk intensive. I'm considering becoming a mechanic to get out of the desk.
-
I wonder about the common occurances between both of your problems other than your names tbh.

Black Rado sat on a drive in Sevenoaks Weald yesterday, had black wheels that looks like LM's but can't be sure

I watched it on Friday, it's fantastic.

The forum has some naff plugin installed which pipes links through some third party and is supposed to end up at ebay but never does.

How much for both?
Apologies, thought it was for all models. Question still might help someone though :)

took delivery of some spacers and got stuck in with stripping the brakes pushing the clearance a bit though
