begun the restoration process and replaced p/s disk and bearing, all calipers off bar one or clean down and painting!

this week has mostly been Pez, Fuck buttons and Nightmares on wax...

happened to mine, mine snapped and couldn't select any gear (obviously), brute force and ignorance got it in the part was about 4 or 5 quid

yea 50 perc seems a bit much, i'd be surprised if you could even get away with 10 % on the front with the amazing headlights good old rado has!

always tighten wheel bolts.

had to get dragged onto aa truck, good job i didn't have a splitter otherwise that would have been bye byes!

no damage to sump or wishbone so the garage said! new hub and bearing done!

Hi I've just got new bearings and got them pressed into new discs, cost me £15 which I thought was good (for the pressing); Which side is supposed to be pressed as the small bearing has fell out; now i dunno if that just pops in or the garage has done a wank job so before i go mental thought I'd ask, i've done a search too but there was nothing as specific as this bar davidworts 16v manual guide

I think the headlights are too square for this to be effective, the more modern headlights are more oval shaped?

I was under the impression that you had to replace the gaskets or is that jet best practice?

got my stuff from tonytiger today, just make sure you get the reference code off the supplier, otherwise you won't get your goods and it'll get left in the shop as they have to verify the delivery through paypoint.
