bristolbaron, hope you get it all sorted mate, seems like your gonna! Louie Lungbubble, that was my mate elis` from leeds, happened just outside my house the day before, he`s just had 3/4 respray, new bumper , fog, indicator, £1300 from insurance and no right off so there is hope ben -
are G laders a lot more fragile if you chip and pulley and port them to within a inch of their lives??? always wanted one, but every modded one i know has blown up!! prob not worth upgrading to standard 160 bhp G60 over my car, cos i`d always wanna do stuff to it and therefore run a risk of reliability??

what year car mate? if its early... possibly the bowden cable on the slider has doubled back on its self when you slid it over so it hasn`t moved the flap to allow warm air, or heater matrix? dont know about rotary controls but i`m sure i remember a weakness there somewhere too ben

hey mate they`re designed for later slam panels, i fitted one to mine by dremel-ing two grooves in my slam and and chopping the middle one off the grill not too much bother really, but it didn`t suit my car ben

3 oclock and 9 oclock are the small ones to remove the leather horn push then you`ll have 6 more larger allen key bolts to remove the wheel from the boss ben

any circlip that will fit will do, dealers just gave me a handfull to try rather than orderein on one the only difference id the correct one will have a folded bit over the top (jim- glad the welsh vs english difference didnt make a difference to u using my pic) sorry i`m only messing, v.common problem that and easily sorted hope it makes your c driving experience soooo much better!!!
