you need 3psi too run carbs i think the fuel pump will run that ok but as suggested a regulaqtor is very helpful. when i bought ny manifold it came with a facet fuel pump and regulator but really dont think ill need the pump :D as it was for a mk1
-

im putting mine on a kr i have diagram somewhere to get rid off the ecu and loom ill try and find it out. shame to hear your not happy with the ones you bought was it a ebay purchase? if so claim some money back. i havent decided on which ones im going for as yet ive been getting everything else ready first got the inlet manifold ported and fuel pump and regulators are sorted just need the carbs lol cant decide between 40s and 45s :(

im doing carbs on mine as for giving less power as said by one all the carb cars ive seen have been running 150-176bhp which is defo a improvement on the 134bhp the car gives out normally. the best way of getting them setup is by a old boy in a garage there can do this well as there used to them :norty: and as for the fuel cost if we wanted a car that was good on this wouldnt we just by prius lol

Cheers for the how too will be very useful :D -
ive got the cobra sidewinders there sit higher than the corrado but i chopped as much as i could off from the brackets and now sitting around a 1" lower than there were but still not as low as the rado seats the passanger one im thinking of bolting direct to the floor as ive stripped the rear seats out and dont need to adjust it but drivers one im happy with. ill try and get photos up but dont know if your see what i mean

needs to be attached to a clean part dont matter weather its head or block but must be metal :D
-
Bolt it anywhere as its just a earth pack but kadvr6 is correct should be mounted behind the inlet just above the exhaust

the moral is there if you go in bigging yourself up and talking down to people there aint going to help you out. we only ever failed cars if there needed failing 99% of the time the work was carried out for free on minor jobs even replacing wipers ect wasnt a charged job
-
its abstructing the view from the windscreen if you read the mot test notes it says something like your not allowed to fix the owners vehicle while doing a mot so its a legit failiure.
-
if the bearings was not set right why not go back to garage who fitted them for the mot cost? and the fact you took it to another garage to get the work done might get there back lol. i reckon there let you of lightly when i helped with mots in a garage if anyone came in with minor problems we fixed as we went until 1 day when a kid drove in for a mot and was bragging how his car have never failed and how brilliant it was we knew we had to fail it so we did the whole test very harshly and the car was mint until we saw a air freshner on the interior mirror and failed it for that lol
-
i burnt mine out and fitted without to much trouble
-
