If the cars mechically sound why not reshell it theres so many corrado breaking recently so next one that has a good body why not offer a few hundred pounds for the body and panels then rebuild your car from there you could recoupe some money by selling your panels. ps theres a sweet ass white one breaking at the mo :)

if it was a company that hit you get the quoates then go and see them there might pay up without even going through the insurance. i had a modified astra mk1 gte that got hit by a bus company there sent out there body repair bloke told me it was write off asked how much i thought it was worth 3 days later a cheque arrived for the exact amount and i kept the car which was put back on the road for little money :D

In the accessories brochure it's £1600 + vat fitted via Diavia That was 1993 though so not sure they'll still do it for that price  lol i reckon it might of changed  best bet is dont buy leather ive had in my car for a month and burns on sitting, if your wearing shorts you need to peel you legs of the seats and leather is supposed to be luxirous lol

-
mines also running hot :( went near the top today flashing red light was on check the oil and thats 125 as well getting a bit worried as i dont really want to do a head as yet. might have to buy a cheapy runaround and take her of the road and whack a 20vt in it :D
-
theres 2 different bosses is yours the larger hole or the smaller one the part mentioned shouldnt need to be removed :(
-
most would weld the vw badge and the holes for the corrado badges then smooth of with filler. you really dont want to fill with filler as after a couple of knocks it will start crack and look cack :(
-
just looking down through your pictures and your car looks very similar to mine must be great minds think alike lol
