  3. to be honest i like many styles, i also work in a alloy wheel specialist shop, so I know what you mean about many option :D, just cant make my mind up!!
  4. Im looking too get a new set of wheels for the C, but not sure what ie, size style, what do you guy have? I have a 4 stud C Thanks
  5. Just got this manual, says it doesnt cover 16v :(, cant find any other manual for a 9a.
  6. Could even be the injector seals.
  7. WOW, what a difference the mount has made, such much more responsive, a bit more rumbly in the car nothing worth worrying bout. Just need too sort out my oil seal and clutch and the engine will be spot on :D.
  8. Thanks jamiehamy, but it definitely the crank seal, as for the battery i have no idea just seems strange!!
  9. not sure, because on sunday i cleaned out the starter and all the earth point in the bay and has been brilliant, then yesterday went to go to work and nothing very slow and the central locking pump clicking.
  10. went too "try" and start the car this morning and nothing, but while trying too crank the engine over i could hear the central locking pump clicking. Does this mean is buggered??
  11. little johnny got kicked out of class today!! the teacher asked him "if i gave you £20 and you paid £5 to Katie, £5 to jane and £5 to joanna, what would you have?" Apparentley "three blowjobs and enough left for a kebab" was the wrong answer..
  12. if it has a collapsed box it wouldnt help matters, not sure about the idle valve part, just seems strange too only do it in 4th and 5th, might be worth clening out the throttle body and ISV. Hope you get it sorted buddy
  13. Good morning, my car has a massive oil leak, suspecting the crank seal(clutch end), which is covering the clutch and starter with thick horrible oil, couple of things i would like too know............. 1) would this cause the starter too strain and drain my battery 2)(most importantly) how hard is it too change both the clutch and seal. I would like too give the change ago as ive never done a clutch, is there a guide around here on how too change a clutch. Thanks in advance guys. Car is a 2.0 16v 9a
  14. its for my 16v, thanks for the advice on the thread lock jamieham, not too bothered about the cabin shaking (he says :S). there's only one way too find out..
  15. Solid front engine mount, cannot wait to fit this, as my front mount is knackered!!! got it of the bay for £40.00
  16. good man, no more candle power.
  17. Check the Vacuum pipe on the back of the manifold, check for splits and so on, this also will cause you hell.
  18. With the H4HID (3pin bulb), you only need to use one side ie the drivers side bulb connector. Due to the fact that the HID kit run straight of the battery power. SO you should have one spare Bulb connector on the P/S. Sean.
  19. just had another though, if you took the head off, did you put new injector seals in, as these will just draw more air than needed in.
  20. check the metering head flap to make sure its not sticking, or it could be the fact that the two inlet half's haven't got a good seal, also double, if not triple check the timing.
  21. well if you need an extra pair of hands, ill be more than happy to help, as im on the site most days :). Im sure a few others wouldn't mind helping either.
