nearly 145000 on mine ,has not been runnin for 7 months as sorn n stripped down for respray .was serviced last sunday ready for sprayshop [wanted it runnin ] first turn of the key she fired up everbody commented how smooth it sounded :clap:

right time for an update nate came round at the weekend to give the vr a service and replace the thermostat with me. front end off we sorted thermo then replaced the plugs, next job was to fire her up to get the oil warm so we could change it.she has not been started for eight months so i was a bit concerned.......no need first turn of the key she was up n runnin soundin smooth n sweet oh me of little faith! header tank n washerbottle were put in the dishwasher n came out nice n clean matt n chris turned up for helping hand advice n p##stake matt could not resist showin off his nicely polishished vr! also replaced fuel filter. good job done seen as nate said he would be at mine at the crack of dawn ......nine thirty he rolls up with a nasty hangover!.jokin aside though thanks to nate for giving up his sunday to help me nice one bud.also bought his leather interior from him to fit after respray talkin of which i have had to find another company to do the job because i was let down :( .its now bein done by a car restoration company in bath .they can start anytime so vr should be on the transporter any day now,they said job will take three weeks cant wait to see the result :D

hey mate you bought my grill from me, anywho just wanted to say every car ive had .i had to sell because of tax reasons [was young at the time],or ex wife moanin ,n i realy regret it keep hold of it mate :)

how hard can it be to find someone to respray my vr?. i live in the southwest was gettin it done local but have been let down :( .the nearest i can find is in bath!.problem is most companys are only interested in insurance work.anybody have someone they can recomend? thanks rob

agree with matt aswell!! if you like the inpros try to get your adjusters out of old lights ,be carefull they will be brittle !.you will find the end will be round on original and square on inpro slot but they will go in .ask for some adjusters on wanted if you cant get them out someone will have some mate

seats look sweet mate nice one i dumped all the stuff in the car ,and on it and at the back of it could not be arsed to drag it up to shed!! cant wait to fit the interior dont forget that geezers number for me .be nice to see urs when finished mate :)

i had all this crap n more mate :( i took my old adjusters out n put em in inpros ,but in the end i went back to me old lights n had a new loom made.spose its a problem with all after market products :salute:

nates has hard sills on his chris, mine are the thinner sticky ones ,me n nate did try to get them off on sat but impossiable without destroyin em
