  1. You need at least 215's on 9 inch rims, so either 215/40-15 or 215/45-15 to ride safely
  2. I paid 358 EUR for a set of H&R 35/45 mm adapters for my G40. Got them from Cult Society http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/ ... iv_003.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/ ... ks_009.jpg
  3. The bolts supplied was radius seat ones. The proper bolts are included in the H&R kits. (4 allen types pr wheel, and 5 "porsche style ones)
  4. For AC cars it is is actually 1350 and 1235-1250 for non ac cars
  5. Which ones shouldn't be used? I have some Cult Society 30 and 40 mm ones coming along for my 928 Winterrader
  6. I have ordered some adapters from Cult Society. 358 EUR for 2x30 mm and 2x40 mm incl bolts, not bad...
  7. Mods Jamex 50 mm lowering kit with shocks, Keskin KT 1 9-16 ET 25 with 215/35-16 SP 9000, spacers front and rear... Std G60 engine with ported charger full blend style (10-12 hours worth of porting), 16000 rpm bearings, PSD RS-outlet, K&N conefilter. SNS chip, 3,5 bar fpr and 65 mm ready to go on. Will probably go stg 5 with 440 cc injectors. Rieger grille and grillespoiler, In-Pro red/clear tails,
  8. The correct bearings are FAG 6003 : C3 G.P 6003 RSR FAG 6002 : C3 E.B 6002 RSR Have you got the right bearings?
  9. I'd be very carefull about who I'd buy a charger off on ebay, lots of dodgy ones around. This company have a good name on the different German G-lader/Corrado forums http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 2473915956 http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 2473916181
  10. You can get the conversion kits in Germany from around 1450-1500 EUR and up
  11. Compo Mo 7-15 goes over 15s Or you can always try some spacers. I found my 6-13 ET 33 BBS RA needed 50 mm spacers on both sides to clear my Audi 90 256 brakes on the G40 :)
  12. You can probably knock one up in 1/2 hour :D
  13. They will only stick out 1/2 inch more if they have the same ET. ET is the distance from the center of the wheel to the mounting surface on the wheel.
  14. Must be this one then 8) FR-07509 RUBBER flange 75 bottom 140 top 120 Length 228 CENTER 265bhp £34.75
  15. Anyone have the size for the cone filters?
  16. Yes, I have bought a charger from Thomas. He is a really nice chap. I bought a RS spec (still with 6 fins) charger of him. Ported the outlet slightly, and did some minor cleaning up, and it now produces 0,95 bar boost on the standard 78 mm pulley. On a std Golf G60 btw. I can really recomend him
  17. I would go for something like a 252-260 inlet with 10,5-11mm lift and 272-278 exhaust with 11,1-11,2 lift NEWMAN 8)
  18. What boost are you aiming for Beavis? My last full blend G60 makes 0,95 bar boost on a standard G60 engine. Would have been nice to see how much it would make on my Polo with toothed belts
  19. With or without AC? Without I think the correct lenght is either 1205 or 1250. Used by Volvo 4 series cars
  20. Actually when Liam did his experiment with hi rpm bearings for the first time, and Jabba put it together, he was not allowed to watch as they assembled it
  21. 95mm to be exact. I have seen the porting inside the charger done by ORZ-Motorsport, and I must say it is wonderful......
  22. I have slightly shorter gearing in my G40, mine only does 51 mph @ 6966 with 195/45-14 85 mph, yeah right. With 175/60-13 (g40 std tires) and std gearing you need to have 9400 rpm. 6500 rpm in 3rd is around 85 mph
  23. Partno for redtops is M-9593-B302 for reds 308cc and M-9593-F302 for orange/lime 441 cc. G60 greys are 0 280 150 923 from Bosch
