Maybe try gti forum for the parts or try putting a wanted ad up , ebay and the likes of aswell mate , m not up on ady engine as iv only ever owned a 9a and a corrado vr

Id look for a second hand four branch manifold second hand , you should be able to get one for under 100 quid and then id ditch the idea of a sports cat and just decat it , its not hard to change once a year for mot regs and itl save you a bunch of money Your not gonna see massive power results from these mods so id say save your self the cash buying it all new , second hand and fit it your self and you will be able to put your remaining cash in to other bits for your motor

The bits of fresh primer ypu see are etch where its bare metal , parts where there was small stone chips and stuff like that

Mate try the 312s with good pads i run ferrodo ds2500 pads and they make my eye balls go funny when there warm and i stamp on them

Cheers mate well iv just ripped the house apart and found the wing mirrow seals and the door handle seals but im missing one side and i think it was used on my old rado when i fid the door handle repair Its this one i need mate if you find any and im not sure if they are sided or not but this is the one i have If you can get both and find both will you buy me both and i will square you round the day you buy them [ATTACH]78988[/ATTACH]

Started cleaning up the arches and chassis legs , well i say i but what i really mean is jodie haha , anyway few pics Will be on the car today and tomorrow so will update as i go As you can also see iv managed to do a good job of getting the scraper seals off !! I dont think they Are massively compareble to be honest Age ,weight, power , type of engine nasp vs turbo theres a lot of factors that seperate them apart As cazzer says not all but some see through rose tinted specs , not saying that it isnt decently quick but a 2.9 v6 lump that only knocks out 194 bhp standard isnt amazing and most modern cars would match that or would be able to with a quick map at any local chavvy tuner place What i would say wich is the biggest and most important factor is and .... Its not how someone can ( DO YOU ) of the lights not saying that thats not fun as im sure most are guilty of that but how its driven on a decent road , not a dual carrigeway on your local bypass but a decent a /b road ! Im no senna but iv manage to catch things that are way out my league and or managed to stay with them or take them down on a good back road Not all but most things come down to the driver imho , like the lady who tests at the ring who beat most things on there in a tranny van , exellent driving Besides all that regarding 230 horse power i assumed you meant around the mk4 base wich is the runt of the litter if you ask me , corrado beats it hands down in looks and sound and at least the corrado has soul

Metering head ? Sure u csn pop it off seperate so you can remove the air box

What i cant grasp with all these concepts is how they manage to make them look so good , then they build a real concept and show it all of at the motor shows saying ohh look at this amazing concept where gonna build it and it will be amazing !! Then they build it , and it looks completely fuking different and has changed shape and grown different wheels tyres door handles lights bumpers windows mirrors etc etc !!! Why cant they make a concept then stick to it , i know the word "concept" but frig sake
