How expensive is bp ultimate really ! I visited my local bp the other day and stuck a tenner in to get to work and there charging 1.50 a litre , i wasnt that bothered at the time because i didnt know the prices of all the other fuels at different stations , anyway visited a shell station last night because i wanted to try the 99 ron v power and i was suprised at the price difference it was 138.9 !! 11.1 pence cheaper and for better fuel Bp robbing twats

Iv had about four x rays , an operation to clear scar tissue and now its still the same got to go back and have an mri scan on it and no doubt , frozen shoulder is a hard arse thing to get rid of my brother in law has it and he really struggles with it but apparantely it can dissapear and go as fast as it arrives

1997 inport 11000 miles but shows it in km js racing carbon fibre intake system 5 zigen exhaust from manifold to back upgrade brakes all round skunk2 short shifter and g ready vtec controller and coil overs This is the spec on it i think if its 97 it will be dc2 im not sure as iv never looked in to jap cars but always like these I went in a starlet the other week and the interior was like a plastic tupperware box although that thing shifted running a subaru turbo lol Iv hear the vtecs are really reliable but what about fuel and meintenance and running costs these are the things that im not sure on I know this isnt a vag car but i know people are helpfull on here

Another little update been doing the arches well iv only done one but the other will get done wen i have the time and weather Decided to paint the partbof the disk that always rusts Also cleaned and gave the arch a good goin over and rubbed down the caliper and carrier and gave it a spray with vht silver So now its all fresh to look at Few pics Also a few pics from big bang what swiftkid had taken on the way back to capture the muddyness haha

How About joining forces with the 312 mm brake guide to supply the longer high tensile bolts needed for the conversion , i think all the info is on that guide but it would be nice to order the lot in a complete set for the job

I ran 9s all round on my old valver and by the time i sold my car i was sick of it !! This isnt a dig at all as i love the low wide look but seriously i had to roll and widen my arches stretch yhe tyres and it handled like a bag of **** ! Heavy steering he front bearings went and it was harsh as **** to drive the rattles did my head In I did it once and i wunt go there again even though i loved the way it looked As for the law you will never ever get a final yes or no on weather you can do it as everyone stated already although the law on the wheels pertruding incase someone wants to step in to your moving car is utter bolloks As far as machining 15 mm of the back of the wheel wer the center bore is to tuk the wheel in more is very doable as long as your not gonna hit the rear suspension moving the wheel in Personally id go for a nice set of speedlines , compomotives , oz type wheels something with a look of purpose but thats just my opinion

I need some info on my current vr6 and was wondering if anyone had owend it or knew of anyone that had maybe had it in the past My reg is l562 dkl i wanted to know if in the past it had had a remap ad there isnt alot of info with it It would maybe be a good thread for those who have questions about there own cars

Cheers kad the stuff i used was from a company cakked mtc ! I will double check that for you its cakked glue and tar remover , the best stuff i have ever used to remove glue ever and it melts tar spots like nothing else aswell Dave it does make a little difference tbh not massively tho but mines quite loud anyway with the bmc and no cat and full stainless system And as far as i am aware it doesent make a lot of difference , i took it off my old valver and it was fine for two years im sure the bonnet gets hot with or without it the temos a vr runs lol ---------- Post added at 10:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:37 PM ---------- Temps !! Little update nothing special , the sound proofing under the bonnet was a mess so removed that and al the glue and gave the underside of yhe bonnet a goid clean also did the engine bay while i was at it and it can up pretty well
