    Wheel Arches

I did not. I'll take pics and post tomorrow morning.
  2. No problem. It looks pretty easy. At it's most basic plug in the GPS and GSM Antenna's add a 12v feed and a ground. Install a PAYG SIM and you're good to go. All commands & responses from the unit are sent via text message.
  3. If you want to try the kit I have cover the postage and it's yours! It's not going on the JCW. Just bear in mind I removed wires from the loom that I wasn't going to use.
  4. Get some pics up of the resistor and area on the pcb that the blub is close to and let's see if we can spot where it came from. 'Mark, is this your job? repairing stuff like this?' - close but no I don't repair electronics for a living.

    Wheel Arches

I'll post some photos tomorrow morning.
  6. This is the one I purchased. I hacked the wiring loom to remove the un-wanted features (immobilizer etc). Will run from a PAYG SIM. Very small so easily hidden. No subscription charges. Downside (if you power it from the main car battery) is it will be useless if the battery is disconnected. I never got around to fitting it (was going to be a job for the summer) and now my car is up for sale so probably never will.
  7. I'd guess that if you're in the business of stealing plant you're expecting it to be tracked. I doubt many would be thiefs would associate that level of security with a corrado (assuming of course that's the end application)?
  8. I bought a cheap one that has a GSM / GPS modem. From memory it worked by sending / receiving text messages. Never got around to fitting it. As for running costs - the cheapest SIM only deal.

    Wheel Arches

I have a pair of 92 wings that were removed from a G60. They have some rust / rot (where they join the sill) but are repairable. Let me know if you are interested.
  10. I've not had alot of luck selling the G60 so far through the forum so am starting to look at other options. I'd rather not go down the ebay route at the moment and have not used Autotrader for over a decade. Any other recommendations? (PistonHeads etc)?

    Door Seal

Any body need a new door seal? As stated i'm pretty confident this is a genuine seal not a repo.
  12. Any interest in any or all of the suspension parts I have for sale?
  13. Andy, First start by performing a visual inspection of the board components then the solder joints. If everything looks OK check the voltage regulator. I've taken a pic of a std Corrado dash to give you some idea of what you are looking for. This uses a LM2940T low drop out reg (yours may be different). Using a multi-meter check you have +12V on the input and something like +5v on the output. Don't short the pins together so you may want to find another earth point on the PCB using the continuity function on your meter first. If the regulator is OK my next step would be to check the XTAL (component circled in the 2nd photo). Unfortunately you will need a scope to do this. (Pity you're not in the UK as I could help).
  14. Plenty of views. No-one interested? To reiterate the calipers are Porsche Boxster S / 996 fronts not the inferior non S or rear calipers.
  15. There is bound to be a voltage regulator on the pcb. It will most likely be a T0-220 3 pin device (probably with a small heat-sink attached). Check you have +12V in and my guess is 5v out. When you have found the device google the part number for the datasheet to establish the pin out.
  16. https://www.myhermes.co.uk/help/carry-guide.html Vehicle parts are listed in My Hermes Prohibited Items. Their website states if any Prohibited item is found in their delivery network it will be disposed of. Not a risk i'm willing to take.
  17. I tend to use Interparcel too. You do need to check the restricted / prohibited items carefully. Last time I checked MyHermes, for instance, they didn't carry car parts.
  18. The issue I have with posting is the weight and packaging required to ensure they arrive undamaged. I'm running a bit short on packaging materials. Re. 'seal them back up' - I opened the front shocks to replace the oil. The housing is crimped to the shock insert. I have not re-made this joint (if that makes sense). This + the small amount of pitting in the chrome on the front inserts is the reason i'm selling as spares / repair. Re. pics PM me a e-mail address and i'll send them to you.
  19. Bump to the top. I've found and will include in the sale the HEL rear beam hoses to match the fronts.
  20. Included in the sale is a brand new set of main and helper springs. There is everything there to build up a set of coil-overs. The only issue is the pitting in the chrome on the front shocks and the fact that I have not sealed them back up.
