  4. I've no experience of the 2.0TDi but did own a 55 plate Audi A6 3.0TDi Quattro an experience I would not repeat in a hurry. Like you have mentioned I had the injector issue around the 90K mile mark. 5 of the 6 were outside the factory spec. Seem to recall that was a £2K+ bill. Manifolds flaps failed, MAF failed, rear wash wipe burst and sprayed water on the DVD / Amp pack. The final straw came when 3rd gear wore out it's syncro. When that car left my drive I was glad to see the back of it.
  5. I purchased a pair of Behr Charge Coolers and a VW Golf TDi Electric Water pump with the intention of using one on the G60 as an upgrade to the stock IC. I've since sold the car and it looks highly unlikely i'll ever use them. They come from the SL600 V12 TT and were removed by the previous owner when his car was tuned. In stock this car produces 500 PS so I figured a single cooler would be good for a tuned G60. They are beautifully made aluminium charge coolers and are as new. The part numbers A275 090 19 14 / A275 090 18 14. The TDi pump is 2nd hand but works perfectly. My intention was to fit one cooler above the gearbox thereby vastly reducing the length of the pipework from the charger outlet to the throttle body. I'd like to re-coup my costs so am looking for £130 for 1 cooler + the TDi pump or £160 for both inc the pump? I hate to think what these cost new from MB. Photos available on request.
  6. Examining my spare it looks like the screen is welded to the bezel in numerous positions along the top and bottom. I'm betting if gentle pressure does not break the bond then you'll likely crack the screen trying to remove it.
  7. The clear plastic is welded to the black. Putting in the oven probably won't do much other than melt both! I have a spare in the garage if you are after one.
  8. Not all Corrados had electric windows. My first Corrado, an early 16v, came with wind up windows.

  12. In VGC. All tabs intact. LH Side Hella p/n 132 805-00 One of the screw on covers is missing and there is a piece missing from on the adjusters. This does not affect the functionality of the adjuster. £35 + P&P

  14. Removed sympathetically from a 92 G60. Engine (ECU) loom is not included. The odd connector may be missing. A useful source of connectors. How does £30 sound? P&P at cost.

With that out of the way all all parts you see were removed from a 92 G60. Included are - Carbon canister & pipework - 68mm steel pulley - G60 head. Lots of snapped studs. Cam and Cam pulley. - Rear Beam - Steering Rack + hoses - Brake and fuel lines - Cross member - Scorpion DTM rear box - top half of the G60 silencer. - Brake servo + pipe work - Metal coolant hoses - Rear quater windows. - Horns - transmission tunnel heat shields - G60 front roll bar - G60 downpipe - Various shields / engine plates - 2x front lower arms I'll probably be adding to the pile as I uncover more.
