Might be too late to help. But you don't need to remove the door pocket from the door cards IIRC. Its been awhile since I did the early style cards. Worst case you do remove them by removing the screws and some are hidden under the foam insulation. IIRC there are 4 Phillip screws. Remove the factory amplifiers that have the speakers mounted in them by undoing the nuts that hold them to the pocket. The new speakers should fit onto the plastic stand offs that the OE amplifiers were mounted to. Use the same nuts to fasten the speakers down.

Rich, The rear spoilers are in production now. The plate holder I am trying to get a Euro version right now. I would like to make both versions in carbon fiber. I'm waiting to hear back from my friend in the UK about the part.

Hi Everyone. The vendor didn't get the production run completed today so its carrying over into the weekend. I will pick them up Monday if I can make it there in time or Tuesday at the latest. They will be shipped out Wednesday instead of Monday. We just finished the carbon fiber rear spoiler mold and made the first test part. Thought I would share a couple of pictures. Came out really nice! 3 piece mold. Close up detail shot. Installed.

The 70mm front spoilers are being made Thursday and Friday. My vendor has been busy the first half of the week and couldn't start on them until later in the week. I will everything shipped out on Monday.

I'm going to make the production run on the front spoilers on Tuesday. The rear spoiler is already finished. Hopefully I can have everything packed and ready to ship on Thursday. I will post early next week with a progress report. Thanks to everyone who has paid and to those who had interest.

I am planning a license plate tub for the US spec plate that is recessed for the plate like the Euro plate tub is. If there is a strong interest in a carbon fiber plate tub in Europe, I would consider making one too. Does anyone make one already?

We are making a mold specifically for the carbon fiber rear spoiler right now. It should be finished and production beginning in 10 days. Right now the price is $450US or $280GBP. That price may come down after the first part is made and we can see how easy or difficult they are to make. I'll keep this updated on this thread once they are in production.

Mikki is okay with having everything shipped to her and distributing the parts to everyone. We are going to do our best to determine the import duty fees ahead of time based on much lower parts prices in order to keep the fees as low as possible. Hopefully we can get this information posted here shortly. Also we need to see how many of you need the parts shipped from her and how many if at all can pick the parts up directly from her bypassing a need for shipping. Dave also since you have a few parts if you want I can ship yours direct to you at a cost of $32GBP. I can give you a dollars total and anyone else that needs totals in dollars let me know. I will also provide invoices with the parts costs. These can be emailed to anyone or included in the shipment.

The box size restrictions USPS has would make 3 boxes the ideal way to do this. With three boxes shipping per item comes out to $7GBP. So anyone with two items would pay $14GBP for shipping. Hi everyone. I will have the price on shipping on Monday. I'm going to see how many front spoilers can fit into a box that will be acceptable for USPS size constraints. I'm hoping to get at least 5 into each box so as to reduce the cost per person as low as possible. The good thing is the rear spoilers can fit in the empty space inside the box that the front spoilers don't fill. Also I will update the list for the 70mm spoiler and add the rear spoilers to the list. I also wanted to post about a part in the works. We are just beginning the tooling process here for the LHD drive version and I have the parts being sent to me to make the prototype for a RHD version for the UK. Its a one piece lower windshield trim. It will be available only in fiberglass and should be reasonably priced. I won't offer it in carbon fiber due to how much it increases the tooling cost which would also make the price of the fiberglass version go up. I really want this part to sell for as low as possible. There will also be plastic plugs/caps to fill the wiper holes so if someone wants to run no wipers it looks clean. Pics of the LHD version. This is a custom mono wiper part. Posting just to give an idea of what they will look like off the car.

The only thing I need to work out is with the CF90mm lip. The problem is with USPS the longest box they will accept is 60" and the CF lip won't fit into the 60" box I ship the urethane lips in without cracking. I need to see if a wider box that is 60" long will work. I'll get back on this on Monday.

Yes I plan to produce the LED set up complete with housings and relay set up. We just started working on the production version. I don't have a time table for when they will be available but I should know in the next few weeks. Also pricing as well.
