The K&N will sound better, a bit throatier. I tried the Std. filter first, for all the price of a panel K&N, and its a lifetime warranty.

thats what im saying though, the thinner wheels have an offset that'll just work with the adaptors and cause of the width, they have a large offset and just look like a tractor when fitted. failiing that you could fit 195's and have it euro look 8) try Style Dynamix, i think they answer all the questions on wheels for the Golf Mag and seem to know their stuff. There is no mention of the wheels on the site but they might give you some help. They know the Corrado for offsets. call > 0208 561 0001 fax line > 0208 561 8436 for any further info give us a shout at mailto:[email protected] http://www.styledynamix.co.uk -

Arent the adaptors 20-25mm thick? hence why the thinner wheels are needed? -

if they aren't 10, then they're probably 9's. Porsches do tend to have large wheels on the back, especially the 944's, the 255 tyres aint there for show -

Pau1, http://camo.flage.net/albums/albup46/to ... .sized.jpg this was just after that. We met in the morning at (duthie park), went to beefeater (oo-er) for a drink, we went for a cruise and blast while you picked up your missus (i think) and we met at the battery. Photographic evidence!

7 spoke things aren't they?
-
Correct! As it is, i had to go to halfords/Ripspeed too, and as i pulled in, so did the green Beetle with the Cup wheels! i've spoke to him before so i was going to ask where he got his from. As it was, he was there only to enquire about the said wheels (i think hes wrecked one?) and they found out they weren't made anymore!!! i dont think he was happy but i was going to ask him about them when he's wotking on saturday or next week.
-
newcorradoowner, i've done a deal with that guy before, hes a nice guy, dont know how much he'd be asking for the wheels tho, he probably never read your post, try private messaging (pm) him. I think he was away from the net for a while cause someone dinked his car (i think). Im pretty sure he's in wales too! Pau1, When was that? or am i being dumb? cause you had it last year!
-
Sorry, forgot to say, i WILL be at the meet thats planned, no doubt itll be in Duthie Park again, was a good day last year, you should definately try and come along. Its a pity you dont have your C at the mo, we could've met b4 the duthie park meet. I know i found it daunting last year cause i didn't know anyone!

Pau1, I noticed that the whels from awesome that VR6, posted were made by Lenso and i knew that checkpoint were selling lenso wheels, so i took the oppourtunity of being off and being in rosemount, and went round to have a chat with Ian there, He phoned the UK Distributor where first he was told you couldn't get the Cup replicas in 5x100 then, he said, 'actually, they were made, but there is no stock in the UK at the moment', and Like Ian says, You could wait for 10 weeks then find you cant get!, but if your not in a hurry, you could always ask Tony when you get back (he weren't in today).
-
Cheers, Jabbasport liked them too! (yes, i went there. it was a nice [READ: Long] trip!) But C'mon, we cant all go about with the same wheels on! thats what modifying is about! Glad you like em though, there's a few cars going about with them on now and none of them really pull them off. i blame the arches! :D How did you get on with the speedline wheels i see you fancied on the forum?, they are nice wheels! 8)
-
Well, its still parked outside the school on rosemount! Mygirlfriend lives in a flat there, i used to be there quite alot but i broke my collar bone in a car accident about 5 weeks ago so i've been dossing about since! should be off next week too! Cheers for the compliment though, it makes it all worth while

So, does this SNS Chip do the 3.5 bar thang, or is there anyother mods requiired?

Am i the only person that really hate Pagid Pads???, I had them a while ago and bloody hated them! They needed too much heat too work IMO. prefered the OE versions (except the fade when too hot ) I now have TAR.OX and wouldn't have anything else. i use their Japan Sport Discs (Drilled and grooved) too, They are brilliant set up. They cost about 250 quid for the discs and pads but its worth it IMO. Just my tuppence

Hell NO!!! That isnt the max power project car. That car has a full on Rieger Wide body KIT, you think this car is crossing the line, you should see that!!! One off image split rims, bright metallic orange with a £20K TSR 16v engine, i have a pic of it at home im going to have to show you next time your up. I think you'll REALLY appreciate your storm after that! ;)lol! Incedently, the Max Power car (Poject MAD MAX  ) is purple these days. I'll get me coat....
-
well, i wouldn't completely rely on a boost gauge either, its again acase of, the more you spend.... personally, i have a splitfire boost gauge and it gave a different reading to the one it got on the rolling road on the same day. Antonio, check your rolling road printout, it should say on it. I will soon be purchasing an auto-meter one.

one thing i've heard is that you really have to use alot of lubrication (STEADY!!! ) on the cable, When i bought mine, the cable had snagged up in the tube which made roundabouts very scary!
