thanks guys, yes the USB does down convert 12v to 5v, well just over 5v but im told it does not make too much difference.

I want to use the power from the Ashtray light (light is facked) to power a USB powered MP3 player that runs on 5v, i have the Cig adaptor with 5v USB on the end, i was planing to just take it apart and hook up the Ashtray light cables to it.................... Is it that simple? I have had a search but nothing to answer this question........ Cheers!

A friends uncle is fairly high up in Porsche GB, cant remember how high up, met him a couple of times, he did work fot VW in the mid 90's, company car was a STORM.

dont like the R8 myself, looks dated like the veyron. the front bumper looks out of place the black below the headlights make it look like its been in a fight and got a couple of black eyes! the roof looks as if it was added on after designing the body

Break it, we all love our corrados and think there is nothing like them, when infact every other corrado is like it, i say i wont sell mine, but if a low milage storm came along i would take it and then sell mine!

Full Story I think its a good move on fords part, dont think they will ever build a car under the Rover name though.
