I know the feeling of this - I've just had my C fully resprayed, all dents etc sorted out and some f*ck has come along and kicked it in the rear quarter right outside my house - unfortunately I haven't got a clue who did it. It upset me so much that I thought about selling the car as I didn't see the point of having something nice when little b*stards just smash em up - anyway went for a drive in it that night and everything seemed a little better and I can't bear to part with it now! I'll just have to save up the £290 that I've been quoted to repair it :( Anyway, sorry for hijacking your thread and I hope you get yours sorted out - at least you know who did it and stand a fair chance of getting it done.

The bloke I bought my G60 off has got a few suspension kits (about 13 i think) - brands such as koni, bilstein etc. He's sold me some bilstein shocks and some springs (terra?). He said he wants £150 for any of the other sets. his phone number is 07904028763 I don't know much about suspension so you're probably better off calling him and asking him questions. The guy is a trader - I'm new to this forum and if trade advertising isn't allowed I'm sorry :)

Typical isn't it - I only bought my car a week ago and now it's started rattling on the passenger side somewhere - it stops when the window isn't all the way up - from what you're all saying sounds like it's the guide or window seals or whatever. Also my passenger side door handle won't open so at least I can do both things at the same time :)

Thanks for the welcome everyone - this site looks cool from what I have seen so far! g-master: it's the dreaded red or should I say pink (and even white in some places!) Anyway it's going in for a full respray soon so that should sort that out :) Apart from the bodywork though it's in good condition - engine is quiet, supercharger seems to be working well, all electrics work etc. Just on a different subject I'll give you all a laugh - I got a quote for insurance on it for £30,000 (that is the right amount of zeros)!! I know I'm only 22 with no no-claims (been on a company policy since I passed my test) but that is just stupid! Anyway I'm going on a bit now so will shut up.

I've just bought a 91 G60. It needs a bit of paint and a couple of dints sorting but nothing major. I was also wondering if there are any members around the Nottingham area and if any meetings are planned soon. Cheers, David.
