cheers for the responces... what made me turn towards this system is the fact my mate in his MK1 golf GTi 16v has this setup and when he took me for a spin OMG :shock: the pure kinda areoplane take off feeling kicked in it was truly fast mind you he has every thing done.... also sound OMG :shock: sounds like an F1 car LOL cheers for your views i will stick now for the turbo conversion :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

What kind of prices am I looking at if I want to change the inlet manifold system to throttle bodies...? I have heard that driving a car with throttle bodies is like driving a 5L V8 on petrol consumption... LOL what other disadvantages is there Also if you change the fuelling system what happens to the metering head and stuff like that??? I’m new to this but I heard with this mod it can bring the power up to as much a 170-200bhp when tuned properly? Cheers any comments appreciated

i have had my Corrado *2.0L 16v* in germany doing 148mph then i did not want to go any further coz the redline was aproaching. induction kit was too lould lol on full bore. started to get anoying lol

mine cost £13.50 and they are real VAG

hey OSV i was just as not sure as you are now.. and thinking ohhh my god what this what that ... but i tell you now i have lowered mine on coilovers about 60mm and nothing! none on anyarch..... mind you i had rubbing on the inner front arch when on full lock but who drives on full lock at 70mph? no one unless there mad i have the same ET as your wheels 33 and when i put a spacer of 10mm between the HUB and the alloy this solved the rubbing problem compleatly and made the car look wider !!!! YEY so mate go for it... word of advice DON'T lower the car down too much in the first 400 miles let the new coilovers run in then slam it.... i know it will be very hard to resist....

i know all the rest is a discrace.... LOL going it all day on wednesday.... *good old day off from college*

ok guys i thourght it was time to do a spring clean and a slight bling mod to the engine bay ready for GTi internatinal in may inlet manifold 2 moz wahoooo
