My clutch is damn near f*cked, so i have been forum searching to find where i can get a good one from, the ebay one that keeps popping up doesn't look too reliable. so where can I get a good clutch from and should I replace anything else while I'm at the clutch? regards

reason I want to is because with the fogs on the inside I think it looks cock eyed haha. just think with them on the outside might look nicer, and yeah the lenses are different, my indicators might be a bit brighter after and the fogs wouldn't really do there job haha.

is there anyway of swapping the fogs and indicators so that the fogs are on the outside and the indicators on the inside? could you just swap the looms around? cheers

When the ignitions on there is always a weird buzzing coming from the back, could be the fuel pump, but is that usual? its a 91 g60. it also makes the noise when locking the car occasionally. any help would be nice, regards

what performance advantages does this give? I have to admit it looks amazing. Just a shame when its on you cant see the inside.

Its definitely smaller than the existing one. I'm doing changes every 5,000 miles and the last one I bought was a k&n one from ecp. when I looked in it when removed, it had a spring, one way valve? also, i read on here about a month ago that VW had stopped doing oil filters for the g60?

Went to euro car parts to get the usual oil service stuff. looked at the filter when I got home and its really stubby, is this company's making them smaller to accommodate the mocal oil coolers? or have I got the wrong one? I did ask the guy at euro car parts, and he was sure its the right one. anyone know anything? regards

When I leave my C in a dodgy area, I just take out the fuse for the fuel rail, cars not going anywhere without that!

well, i just had a go at loosening it, how tight is it supposed to be? because i just tried to make it more loose and every time i tried to tighten the pump back on the belt got tighter, no matter what order i did the three bolts back up in! although the noise is quieter, maybe its just abit of air in the system? or would that be a squeek? cheers

Right, got a used pump, put it on, power steering is working!!! However, it sounds like a wookie when turning the wheel. Not what I'd hope for, did all the priming and stuff. how can i get rid of the noise or does it sound like the bearings are knackered?

Also, what are the uprated injectors you all get? my girlfriends dad deals with injectors and I need to know what ones are the best? after I have them what chip should I get for a g60 with stage 4 charger, RSR outlet, de-cat, 68mm pulley? regards

belts tight, and none of the pipes were taken off. Hmm I suppose more unusual things have happened. it's the PG g60 one, done some research and they are specific. :brickwall:

right, I had the lid off, turned both ways full lock, right lock seems stiffer toward full lock? that might be because the arch lining on the left got damaged recently though. although it has seemed to free up a small amount , but that could be because i have done it so much now I'm ripped like Hulk Hogan. ---------- Post added at 06:16 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:14 PM ---------- i would have immediatly assumed the pump but it just stopped working when it came off, and it wasn't knocked about so it shouldn't have broken

you think? i been driving it for a couple of days now, does it not self bleed? i'll take the cap off and try turning it lock to lock see what happens. cheers

thanks for the reply, I have done that, and nothing seems amiss, that's why I'm so confused, i refuse to believe that the thing has just gone as I took it off.

took the power steering pump off to get at the thermostat, let it hang down while doing the stat, put it back on and now i have no power steering?! belts tight and turning the pulley, plenty of fluid, cant think what it could be!!
